woke up to ants everywhere. there was hair on the bed and water damage in the walls. Just gross. They gave us a discount on our stay but not enough to make it worth it, just nasty!

95% wonderful experience!
The hotel was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable and the site was very clean. The housekeepers were super and helpful. The issues I had: My security lock was not functioning. I reported it to the desk the first night and asked to have it fixed the next day. When I left two days later, it was still not fixed Next, I went down to eat 30 min before they were to close, and there ware no eggs, sausage, bagels, etc. several people had to wait about 15 min to get the eggs not sure they brought out the sausage. When I finished eating, as I was leaving, several attendants came out with boiled eggs and plates full of food. I’m glad they got to eat. That is no the issue, but they need someone out there, constantly checking and keeping the food in good supply and not wait in the kitchen until we have to go ask. I would definitely stay there again, but they need to do some training for the kitchen staff. And when and issue needs fixing in the room, attend to it promptly. Especially when it’s a security issue.

Gotta do better.
This hotel is not tidy. Lobby furniture has stains...whole place is unkept. During my stay I experienced an excessive wait at check in. They make you go back out to get your car info in order to register the car for the parking lot. They should just give you a pass to display in the window. Also, during this stay I was awaken in my sleep as people were entering my room. They gave someone else a key to my room.
