I liked that it was close to Thanksgiving Point. Service was good. The room was unappealing, and the bathroom was dingy and worn. The shower door was dirty on the bottom, and the painting was sloppily done from the floor to the base of the shower. The vent on the bathroom wall was rusting. The room was bland, and had a big blank wall that could have used some artwork. The breakfast was so-so.

Our reservation was for a room with two queen beds. The night we were to check in I got a call saying they had over booked and we would have a king bed. Obviously they had an opportunity to get a higher rate from someone else for the room we reserved. They gave us two bottles of water for the inconvenience - what a joke!

We had black mold over by the A/C unit and the freezer in the mini fridge was over frozen filled with freezer burn so we couldn’t even put anything in it and it seemed to effect the coldness of the fridge. Told front desk and they just said sorry, no offer to fix problem or switch room

This hotel was mediocre at best. The room was dirty; especially the bathroom. There was dirt in the corners on the floor. The towels were stained and yellowed. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work, probably because it was so dirty. The booking advertised daily housekeeping…posted in room as every other day. There was food in the refrigerator when we arrived, no safe as advertised (something we needed as we have several medications), part of the air conditioner was laying on the floor. When we arrived the hair conditioner was empty. I requested a new one and it was just placed on the bathroom counter and not replaced with the old one taken away. Breakfast was cold, every day. There was no variety. Just the bare minimum. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not with so many other hotels right outside the front door of this hotel! Something they need to consider!

The bathroom sink and particularly the awkward faucet -- VERY inconvenient for using... You end up with lots of water on the countertop... Definitely NOT a good design for an otherwise comfortable place to stay...

Ok! Not wow, but not terrible. Property is a bit outdated, not appealing. Room was ok, but bed was super comfortable! Bedsheet and pillow very clean and made sleeping like on cloud nine! Breakfast was not the greatest. Need some TLC
