Stayed on the first floor. 11 pm and sounded like a track and field event going on above us. Called the front desk and they said they would handle it. It carried on for another hour. The bathroom was infested with ants. Checked out and left after that

Great staff, property was well maintained other than one elevator out of service, but likely will choose a different location on next visit due to the inconvenience of the small temporary parking for checking in/unloading and the inconvenience of off premises parking when trying to shuttle bags and passengers between check in and check out.
