Nice room. Breakfast light.
Nice room. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a little light on the proteins. Hard boiled eggs and lots of carbs. Overall i would stay again and just get breakfast elsewhere.

Even though the property was right next to the interstate it was quiet and very little traffic near the hotel. The room had an unpleasant odor and the bedding was stained. The pool area was filthy with empty beer cans and chewing tabacco spit on the floor. It wasnt a horrible stay but not a good experience either.

We only had one night, but the way the room was designed it would have been very accommodating for an extended stay. Only negative was the tv monitor in the workout room wasn't working. Side note: the front desk employee checking us in was just as polite, helpful and surprisingly friendly in the morning after being on duty for 16 hours!!! Not many people could pull that off!!!! Kudos - he deserves a raise!

If I am ever in Springville again, I will definitely stay here. The service was outstanding, the breakfast was satisfying, the room was impeccable, and the bed was quite comfortable.

Our double queen room was one of the smallest I've had lately. The bathroom was extremely small with no place to set anything down. The commentary breakfast was lacking, and didn't have any hot food except make it yourself waffles.

I thought our room was filthy. The bathroom floor was so dirty that you could set your wet towel on the floor and literally dirt would cover the towel. Also, it would be nice if the fact that they did not refresh your room was more visible or we would have asked for clean towels at least. Probably won’t stay again.

A great place to stay!
In this case, affordability did not mean having to sacrifice cleanliness and comfort. This was a great place to stay. It was in a great location and it was comfortable. It appears to be a new build. We had to check out early to catch a flight, so we did not have their breakfast.
