I liked that the soaps were not in those little bottles. I wish the hot tub was working 🙁 It was very nice to have wood floors because it feels cleaner, but it could have been cleaned better. There was hair on the floors. Also, not very sound proof I could hear people walking and talking in other rooms.

Overall it's a nice hotel very friendly staff. But the only reason I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub because traveling with kids. The hot tub doesn't work and the pool is ice cold. Kind of a bummer when you have kids and they cannot even swim while on vacation.

You can tell that Tru is Hilton's bottom of the barrel offering. Everything was cheap and shoddily put together. The bathroom was filthy. Despite having paid upfront for 6 nights, I checked out.

Staff was most accommodating and friendly. Tru is always constant and consistent with cleanliness and service. Breakfast is a bonus! Its right off the freeway...easy access and central.

I would highly recommend true by Hilton for those traveling. It certainly is not the least expensive option, however, the cleanliness of the rooms easy access great breakfast wonderful additions.
