Helmi is a modern log villa built into the slope of Pikku-Syöte, standing at 350 meters above sea level and offering breathtaking panoramic mountain views across the entire width of the villa. This newly built Villa provides the perfect setting for families, couples, or small groups to enjoy a truly unique getaway.

To make the most of your stay in Syöte, you can ski directly from the villa to Pikku-Syöte's slopes, with Iso-Syöte's ski area just 4 km away.

The villa offers accommodation for 6+2 guests. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed that can be separated into two single beds (as shown in pictures). The living room includes a high-quality sofa bed with a mattress topper and two futon chairs that convert into additional beds.

The sauna area is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring a spacious sauna for six, two rain showers with a view, and a terrace with a Jacuzzi positioned perfectly for enjoying the panoramic mountain views. The Jacuzzi is always included free of charge for guests, offering a unique way to immerse yourself in the surrounding nature.

The villa is equipped with high-quality amenities to ensure a luxurious and hassle-free stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, tableware, and all necessary utensils for extended visits.

The living room can transform into a cozy home theater with comfortable futon chairs and a top-tier sound system. Additional amenities include an air-source heat pump, a washing machine, a drying cabinet, and fast 200 Mbit/s Wi-Fi. For convenience, there's a covered parking area to keep your belongings protected, even in bad weather.

For electric and hybrid car users, the villa features a free 22 kW Type-2 charging station. The carport provides ample space for larger vehicles.
