Got there 10 am morning, and after 12 hrs fly. Asked them for the room, they said check in at 3:00 pm. I understand rules must apply, 7 minutes to three o'clock approach the front desk named James. Very dry with attitudes, said come back in 7 minutes I travel a lot for business, and they always checked me 10 minutes before 3 or they had their manner. James was very rude and disrespectful.

The hotel is beautiful, but it needs a little bit of better maintenance. The personnel is very kind. I recommend this hotel for its service, beauty, and price.
