Deceptive Photos
This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice.

Casa Shalom, Home away from Home.
Casa Shalom is a great Boutique Hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. Service is first rate. I requested a floor fan to cool my room down at night and one was provided immediately. Breakfast was served; there were a few options breakfast. I had a great night sleep, comfortable king size bed and at a very affordable price. Wi-fi was very good, I was able to stream netflix just as well as I do at home.

It was difficult to find , the neighborhood Streets were so confusing it was not situated on a main street The place is comfortable but I think it was expensive not really worth the price Also it seems like the the place is still remodeling

3 cucarachas una en baño, una en el cuarto y una en la cama principal en las sábanas. Me cambiaron de cuarto, pero ya no duermes a gusto sabiendo que no hay limpieza. Pedí mi reembolso y solo cobraron la primera noche.

El primer día no tuvimos agua caliente. El internet sólo dura por día y es muy lento. Dentro de los puntos buenos es que la zona es bastante tranquila y hay varios bares al rededor muy buenos. El personal es amable y en general todo está limpio.
