The property is in need of an update as some of the wear and tear is showing but it would not keep me from returning. I'd recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The staff was welcoming. Easy check in and out. The room was clean but bathroom was old and outdated. The bathtub seemed like it was just patched and maybe was going to be resurfaced? I’m not sure if the bathroom had just been reconfigured but we had a drain in between the tube and the toilet, it didn’t make sense. Parking lot was a mess. No stalls marked and pillars were everywhere making it hard to betting in/out of parking space.

Me gusto por las fotos, pero debi de ver que estaba lejos del zocalo donde pasaria la mayoria del tiempo. Eso es culpa mia, pero en realidad el hotel esta bien ubicado lejos de tanto trafico de la zona turistica. Fuimos unos dias a visitar Puebla entonces solo utilizamos el hotel para dormir. No nos gusto que la alberca se veia sucia, entonces no nos metimos. No me gusto que el aire acondicionado no funcionara en el cuarto y que una luz del cuarto que pedi la cambiaran hayan traido otro foco con media vida para reemplazarlo. Yo creo que el personal hace lo mejor que puede con lo que tiene pero se nota la falta de mantenimiento.

El personal de recepción no fue amable, el cuarto estaba sucio y la cama olía a orines. Terribleeee!! El aire acondicionado sonaba como un tractor solicitamos que lo revisen y no lo hicieron por lo que tuvimos que dormir asándonos de calor porque de plano no se podia dormir con ese ruido. Solicitamos cambio de sábanas xq la cama olía a orín y tampoco lo hicieron. En fin no lo recomiendo y menos en las habitaciones no remodeladas que son de una estrella.
