So the manager is kind of rude, he won’t accept that the hotel doesn’t work as it should. There’s no shampoo, nor an iron… anything I believe that someone went into my room and snooped into my stuff I couldn’t be more disappointed, it’s even expensive for what they give you for the money, not worth it at all!!! Remove the property from the platform

The front desk staff is very friendly , rooms are small but a great view of the atlixco town. Just as suggestion they should have soundproof in the room , because we hard some of the guest noise in the early morning .

El gerente super descortes, nos cobro el estacionamiento, la alberca super sucia habia tendederos en el patio con sabanas, no te dan jabon ni shampoo. La habitacion con humedad y una repuza casi se cae el interner no llegaba a la habitacion tode super mal y solo por que ya habia pagado por adelanrado y llegamos solo a dormir y estabamos cansadas no nos fuimos pero super mal
