This is a wonderful hotel. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The only reason some people might not like it is the noise because it’s right on the square. But we love that aspect of it. We also love the town of Puebla. We will definitely return to this beautiful city and this wonderful hotel.

I had two rooms for my family at this location . Both are small and there were no windows. Very few rooms have a view of Zocalo. One of our rooms had an extreme buzzing noise from the AC unit . Everything about this hotel was uncomfortable
