The hotel advertised itself as a four-star, but upon arrival and check-in, we immediately noticed it is not a four-star, in fact it may not even be eligible for a single star.
Linens were ripped, old. Bed was old, not comfortable. room as very small and little space to walk around. Extremely dirty couch. Very poor breakfast, no choice of breakfast (they force toast on you but advertisement says there is bread; for a continental breakfast, milk has to be paid separately; the hot drink offered has caffeine, which is not appropriate for anyone with a heart condition or children).
When requesting an iron at the reception desk, it was dirty and old.
Everywhere in the hotel, there was noise, either from the corridors, or from the street. Noise insulation is non-existent.
Since it was winter, you'd expect the hotel to provide some duvets or equivalent, but this didn't happen.
WC/Shower-room was minuscule and dirty. Chipped tiles, dirty plumbling, etc.
