The hotel was short of housekeeping staff, for this reason they were cleaning my room around 6 pm. Totally unacceptable, the breakfast buffet is ok but you may consider going to Solesta for the same price with better food.

The property is very conveniently located and close to the malls. It is very safe as the police offices are located on the first floor of the hotel. The only detail was that they didn’t have enough housekeeping personnel and they ended making the room around 5 pm everyday. However the back up housekeeper is awesome.

Very nice installations, the staff is also very nice and kindle. What was a little annoying is there were a lot of cops, that makes you fill like in a crime scene

If you really want an economic and well located hotel, Misión Puebla its the one you need. The only thing i do care is the parking lot because it's a small place for such a huge hotel. The breakfeasf staff is super friendly. Long story short... if you want to be close to the wheel of fortune.

Free breakfast is not worth it
I visit Puebla every year and I like to try different hotels. This time I choose Misión Angelópolis. Now, I regret that. The Hotel by itself is very basic, but that wasn't the problem. The room is small and badly distributed - the bathroom is as big as the bedroom. The first night I washed my hands and the hand towel was dirty and with stains. I complained about it next day and they told me they will check it out. They never left another hand towel because they did not have any more! I stayed for 5 nights. Only the first day they left amenities and water after that we had to ask at reception for more! On the 4th night I was planning to leave my room around 1 pm and they kept knocking to clean the room. I mentioned I was going to leave at 1 pm they went three times asking if they could clean the room until I had to put a do not disturb sign. The last night they never even cleaned the room even though I put the "Please clean the room" sign. Summarizing the food was meh, terrible cleaning service, not very good location, basic room. I do not recommend this hotel and of course I would never come back.
