El Hotel está muy bien en instalaciones y limpieza, el problema es que olvidan poner toallas, no rellenan el shampoo y el acondicionador, y por último alrededor no hay ninguna tienda donde pueda uno comprar algún vivere, además que su restaurant sólo abra hasta las cuatro de la tarde y no tienen servicio a la habitación

Llegando al hotel resulta que está cerrado por pandemia y me enviaron a hotel que está en el centro de puebla y perdí casi 1 hora en trayecto al hotel, deben de avisar que no está abierto el hotel

Este hotel está cerrado y nos movieron al del Centro Histórico, fue súper tardado el cheking, el baño de la habitación se veía con algunas manchas en la tasa, las habitaciones son un poco oscuras, lo único realmente bueno es desayuno bufet; no regresaría

Lo primero fue que este hotel se encuentra cerrado y nos pasaron al NH Centro Histórico y al llegar no estaba nuestra reservación y tardamos casi una hora para que volvieran a hacer la reserva; es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este hotel, en nuestra primer visita no tuvimos inconvenientes pero ahora todo estuve pésimo; el baño se súper inundaba cuando alguien se bañaba, los meseros pésima actitud, para hacer chekin tardamos mucho tiempo, la tarjeta de la habitación se bloqueó una vez; no regresaré a esta cadena hotelera
