Muy bueno pero con oportunidades.
La atención del staff es excelente y la limpieza de la villa también, solo hay un par de cosas que podrían mejorar y son: mantenimiento (los mosquiteros estaban caídos y no se podía abrir bien la puerta), boiler (el boiler es de paso y, a pesar de seguir las instrucciones, no se puede regular el agua, sale o fría o ardiendo, no hay punto medio, esto me ha pasado las ultimas 3 veces que me he quedado aquí, en diferentes villas) y cama (la cama era dura como piedra, podrían cambiar el colchón a uno menos duro). Fuera de lo anterior, es un lugar muy conveniente para quedarse, sobre todo con mascotas.

Perfect Getaway in Cholula
I loved this place - very clean, quiet, and plenty of room. Close to many restaurants and things to do. The staff was very friendly - would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel close to the university UDLAP. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean. I would stay again definitely!

The hotel is a great place, super beautiful and the receptionist and the security are super super nice and friendly. To be honest the location is good, is in the middle between Cholula and Puebla de Zaragoza. Overall the service and hotel were excellent. I highly recommend it.

Convenient clean , and pet friendly spot
Brought a group of female skydivers to jump in Puebla . Super safe and clean hotel . The beds a re a bit firm , but was a great time overall . Great place to bring a dog as well .... we had our Herman Shepard with us , and he loved it .

Cold Stay But Good Service
We arrived by taxi after a late arrival at the Puebla airport. There were no restaurants open nearby but the hotel staff ordered a pizza for us, then they personally went out and bought two beers for us to wash down the pizza. The best things about this hotel are the good service and the security; all rooms are located behind a gate which is manned 24-7, and each room has a designated parking space. The rooms are clean if spartan and the beds are comfortable; they are probably set up better for a longer stay than one or two nights. The only real complaint we had was that the rooms have no heat at all and we arrived on the coldest night of the year in Cholula, But the manager went out the first morning and bought two space heaters to help keep us warm the second night. The hotel location is OK but hard to navigate because the road system in Cholula is so congested and confusing. We would recommend this hotel for longer stays than one or two nights.

Conveniently located near the University (UDLAP)
The staff are amazing. So friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The units have kitchens and separate bedrooms, which really adds to the comfort. If you are visiting the Universidad de Las Americas de Puebla (UDLAP), the location is especially handy. It is not near shops or other facilities but short taxi rides to Cholula are very reasonably priced.

Nice place.
A great place close to the Universidad de las Americas. My flights were delayed, so I arrived a day late and didn't end up spending much time in the area outside the campus, but this was a nice place.
