We had two rooms booked. One room was for my husband and I, and one room for my parents. My dad is in a wheelchair. They put us in a room on the third floor. That wouldn't have been a problem, but they informed us that the elevator was broken and refused to move them to a room on the ground floor. They told us that they couldn't switch rooms, then proceeded to check in several people after us on the first floor. Now they are refusing to refund our money. We found out from the desk clerk that they elevator had been broken the entire time he has worked there.

Great!
Super clean. Very comfortable. Hot water took awhile to get warm and then progressed to scalding even with turning the temp down dramatically. Hot tub was also extremely hot. Front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. Overall great experience!

The young man who checked us in was delightful! The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The jets in the tub weren’t working was the only issue. But we made due! Nice little staycation.

Arrived for our reservation, and was told they had no pet friendly rooms available. Then they would not help us cancel the payment. We had to go to another hotel because we were travelling with our pets. Still trying to obtain our money back for a hotel we couldn't stay at . NEVER STAY HERE!!!

We told the front desk there was no hot water. They flippantly said you have to run it for 15-20 minutes. We brought a dog. The pet room smelled. My dog doesn't make my house smell. Should be a way to deodorize.

Was turned away because we had our dog with us. It shows they are a pet friendly hotel but was told all dog friendly rooms were booked. Very rude, no help in locating another hotel, will never stay at a BW again.
