Finally issue with this property was the gentleman we checked in with. Although he did get us checked in in a timely fashion, and we did end up with a very nice room, there were points that were struggles. He didn’t have a list of restaurants that he could recommend he couldn’t give us the help we needed with operating the TV. The issue with this was a guide to find what we wanted to watch. Pluses that I will give him as he was very nice, very kind, well groomed, and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate all those things.

Staff was great at getting us checked in fast in a friendly manor. Also hotel looks brand new and housekeeping did a wonderful job at keeping room fresh as we first walked into room. Staff was able to help out when i forgot to order plates and utensils at the local eatery. Well worth the cost to stay here.

Freezing cold room wreaking of chemical cleaner.
The room smelled so strongly of chemicals I almost had to check out. The heating and a/c unit did not function properly. The front desk guy came up to room 324 to try and fix it. He showed me a button on the plug to push. It never worked again, and the wall thermostat didn't either. It was very cold in the room all night. No one was at the front desk at check out to talk to.

Nice and clean. Updated furnishings. I’m a “bathroom snob”, if the bathroom isn’t clean I’m not happy… but bathroom was great. Bed was comfy and sheets were soft. Breakfast had a nice selection. Would certainly recommend this place.

They have the most comfortable beds, we transferred hotels because the place we had booked for our stay and spent one night at, had the worst beds ever! We moved to here and didn’t regret it! The hotel overall is clean and everything works and the continental had a lot to choose from!!
