I'm not familiar with Pueblo, CO. La Quinta was very easy to find right off of I25. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent on all levels.

well we thought we were getting a 4/5 star room. the bed was as hard as they get. carpets nasty and dirty. nothing seem to be clean. but maybe the sheets. sorry for the Comment’s. but people have a right to know what they are renting. a wast of my money

Had in adequate bedding for the quests. Staff canceled reservation without permission, which was ALL the money we had for housing. Lied about putting notes on account. Did NOT have first floor for disabled child which was in reservation but put others on first floor after we checked in. Breakfast was not much of anything. Had to ask for trash bags and toilet paper. Rude staff.

Wonderful. My reservation got cancelled at the Days Inn and I didn't find out until 4 pm. I quickly booked at La Quinta. I arrived under 5 minutes later and they were already prepared and very helpful. Very nice. Super welcoming of dogs.

The lady checking me in, Emma, was wonderful. She’s a great asset for the property. Had issues with maintenance. Bathroom sink was stopped up, many light fixtures did not work, slow WiFi connection, 2nd shower head not working, & glass shelf in refrigerator was leaning down. Room did not feel clean.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Very few options for gluten free breakfast. we could hear a dog barking as we walked through the halls. Service was neither bad nor good. Nothing sets this place apart from others, but it was reasonably priced and did the job.

The place was clean. The bag for the ice bucket was used and no extra one, the place is falling apart. The gutters are falling off, the ice machine on second floor didnt work, they got rid of the good creamer and our bed was not comfy at all. We have stayed here many times and u can see many cut backs

I stay here often and the Hotel is always clean. I love the affordability and how pleasant the staff always are. Breakfast isgood with plenty of options too.
