The staff at this resort are all wonderful. The food is great, it was hard to get reservations at the sit down restaurants but we did go over New Years which I think is a lot busier. They have two other restaurants where you can walk in and sit down and order if you don’t want to go to the buffet. That was very nice when we didn’t get a spot in the reservations required restaurants. Tons of fish right at the resort. It’s a little rocky but adds to the experience. We snorkeled right there and saw tons of fish. Everything was exactly what they claim on their website. There was no pressure to buy timeshares (we’ve had that at other places) and no pressure to tip even though we did. It’s easy to find a quiet spot if you want it and also things going on all the time if you want to be entertained. They had something for everyone. I would recommend for couples or for families with children. Also loved the entertainment. Real talent, meaningful themed shows, classy. Loved it all.

I liked almost everything. The hotel, the territory, the food, the pools, the first line, entertainment, the spa, and the opportunity to use the VIP bar and VIP areas. The room was cleaned every day. The only downside I would highlight is that you had to go from the pool to the toilet trough the snack bar, which is inconvenient. And there are no special activities or people near the pools which can play or draw with children in case the children get bored, and the parents want to swim. These are my personal preferences. Everything else was at a height of 10 out of 10

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, fast and helpful. The food was pretty good, drinks too. The facility is nice and clean. The only thing for me to complain is that the gym was closed. For us that workout everyday this is an inconvenience, but other than that everything was great.

Everything was beautiful! There was some construction happening but we didn’t really mind, we were actually impressed with how fast they built the pergola. Our only complaint, too much pushing of sales. Other then that, we had an amazing honeymoon!

It was very clean. The staff was friendly for the most part except for the part where they try and sell you some sort of membership as far as children goes there’s not much to do not a ton of activities in general, but the shows in the evening were fabulous, the Amstar people who sell to you in the lobby are absolutely disgusting and awful and they bring the place down. Don’t buy anything from them.
