Property is too expensive for what it is. The pool is nice, restaurant is decent and staff are friendly. The biggest problem with this place is that the rooms are terrible. We had to switch rooms 3 times because they smelled like gasoline from the boats. The other room smelled like paint as it was just painted. The rooms do not have queen beds and they are too small for adults to sleepy in.I would not recommend.
The property advertised having a full-service spa on Expedia, and this is simply not true. The Wifi is also pretty terrible in the rooms, but decent in the restaurant areas. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and the restaurant was also very good!
The place is absolutely beautiful on the outside of the rooms and around the hotel, our room on the inside not so much. The sheets were dingy and old looking, the pillows had a used smell to them and the room was dusty. The blinds were also dirty and were not friendly when we tried using them. Front desk staff was really helpful and nice. The food was great. They day servers, Benjamin and I forgot the name of the young guy with him are absolutely amazing. The night servers not so much. The rooms definitely need to be given as much TLC as the outside.

The area is beautiful, the suite are not good for me, the beds are made from concrete, no garbage container inside room, no telefohone service to comunicate with the recepcion, no hair dryer on the bathroom
We really enjoyed our stay. We did have a little bit of problem with bugs in our room at night, we had to keep the lights off or they seemed to come in through the thatch roof I guess. We also had ants in our bed a couple of times. But overall we truly enjoyed our time. The pool is perfect both for younger kids and older kids or adults. The food is excellent at the restaurant.
Its a beautiful place kitchen is good but extremly high prices for guatemalan standards with a michelin star so for a sushi roll nearly Q 500 is a bit extrem.
We chose this property due to its convenient location adjacent to Ram Marine but it was so much more!
Beautiful views, lovely pool area and dockside dining with friendly staff and good food and drinks.
The sounds of all the birds and howler monkeys were a treat.
