Eco-friendly Rural Home "Laura" with Terrace, Mountain View & Wi-Fi

Close to the beautiful walking trails in the centre of Fuerteventura, the holiday home Casa Laura sits on a fenced, 1,000 m² plot of land in the rolling landscape outside the quiet village of La Ampuyenta. Constructed with rustic stone and wood, the eco-friendly holiday home is powered by solar panels (with an automatically activated engine in case there is not enough energy) and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and parasols and beach chairs to take to the seaside. Offering a baby cot, a highchair, toys and children’s books, this property is furthermore especially family-friendly. In your generous outdoor area, you will find a shady veranda with a dining table, a barbecue area and a garden with lava stones and regional vegetation. From here you have a marvelous view of the mountains surrounding the property. You can reach a nice selection of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops in 8 minutes driving (6.4 km) in the town of Antigua. Many beautiful hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity and the sandy beach Playa del Castillo is only a 20-minute drive or 17 km away.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Gegend
Sehr schönes Haus etwas abgelegen in einer sehr ruhigen und natürlichen Gegend. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber wohnen unweit von dem Haus entfernt und sind sehr hilfsbreit und nett. Da das Haus nur per Solar verfügt, wurden ein paar Küchengegenstände eingespart. So fehlt ein Backofen, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Man muss da etwas umdenken, was aber nicht sehr schwer fällt. Ansonsten ist das Haus perfekt und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
