Remembering the price you’re paying for a room- the hotel hits all good marks. The staff, particularly young female at front desk, very friendly. The rooftop pool is warm and has great views of ocean - very cool to have this- has a bar with small snack menu. The location of hotel has positive- short walk to beach, and short walks to restaurants on the beach. And negative- area needs some cleanup done. Hotel rooms are very basic($-remember price). No TV, no phones,no AC. Shower was definitely hot but shower head was poor. Room 24- be aware- you can see into the shower from hallway- wasn’t happy about that( and room 25)- that needs attention asap !! Could use more detail cleaning of common areas and fixing items in rooms like drawers and closet doors. All in all - happy with hotel and proximity to beach- which is main reason for choosing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again- bargain for money

Nice location close to the beach. Easy to get into town. Property is fantastic and the roof terrace and pool are a welcomed. The team are lovely and helpful! Would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable and helpful staff!
The hotel is clean, comfortable and perfectly located. It is a 15 minute walk from the bus station, right at the entrance of Zicatella and a 2 minute walk from the beach. The showers can use a bit of a facelift but otherwise our stay was perfect, so much so we immediately booked an additional night.

Sus instalaciones estan bonitas, pero las habitaciones a pesar de tener ventilador son muy calurosas, el servicio de bar cierra muy temprano al igual que el de cocina 7pm.

Ma première chambre, confort studio one queen bed, n'etait pas particulièrement propre, ni confortable. La douche avait quelques minuscules jets d'eau froide, les fenêtres n'ont pas de panneaux, de rideaux ou de vitres. La chambre est donc très claire et bruyante. La fenêtre donne sur le secteur où les employés étendre les draps. Pas d'air climatisé, les ventilateurs sont très bruyants, le lavabo coule mal, la de la.dalle de bain est proche de brisée. La porte d'entré n'a pas de lock de securité et elle aussi semble peu solide. J'ai demandé a changer de chambre dès le lendemain. Ce que j'ai pu faire sans problème, le personnel est vraiment super. Ma deuxième chambre était parfaite, propre avec un vrai balcon, l'air climatisé et une meilleure salle de bain. Aucun bruit si ce n'est les autres clients et les employés qui peuvent parler très fort ou mettre de la musique. Sinon,.je dirais un peu cher pour le rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel commence à donner des signes de son âge. Nourriture correct. Super services du personnel. Un gros plus.

El hotel es bonito con buena ubicacion , con estacionamiento techado, lo malo es que no cuentan las habitaciones con aire acondicionado por lo cual para dormir es muy incomodo por el calor que hace, la regaderas apenas sacan un chorrito de agua , y tuvimos la mala fortuna de que se nos fue el agua pero su personal nos atendió resolviendolo.

Terrible Property- Avoid!
This is a very basic hotel, more like an American motel. Good: staff are friendly. Very close to beach. Bad: very old room, bathroom is horrid, very old with very little water pressure. No hair dryer. No AC and room is often hot at night. Water at beach is not that clean, there is a run-off that’s dirty about 300m away. Ugly: twice had no water in morning and had to wait. Towels taken when room cleaned in morning and no towels until about 7 pm (happened twice). Wi-Fi is very intermittent, crap to use and not reliable. I would never stay her again. If you do, don’t pay more than u$60/night. Really look elsewhere.
