This property is far removed from everything in Iguazu and unfortunately does not offer a shuttle service downtown even a few times a day . I wish they had given us better information about visiting the main attraction in their town . The pool area was busy with families and children . However it is there incredibly strange policy of not even including water with water and expecting you to pay for it that had me baffled . At 300$ a night I’m sure filtered water should have been included . The salads were appetizing but the main courses had very poor quality meat ( disappointing because Argentina is known for great meat) and the choices were very limited . The dessert selection was good however . It was also the attitude of the staff at the dining room that was puzzling .

Oasis in the jungle.
Slightly dated but lovely place to stay. The buffet was not fantastic but more than adequate. Staff very pleasant and attentive and well trained. Rooms are large and well equipped - except no tea or coffee facility in the room. I would highly recommend.

Nice property located within the jungle outside of town. Main issue we had was a problem with our room air conditioner which we couldn’t turn off. Temp went down to 58 degrees overnight unless we turned it off then got too hot by morning. Took them three tries to fix so only had one comfortable night out of three

The hotel and grounds, pool/spa are beautiful, not far from town or the falls. Staff friendly and nice, rooms nice, comfortable and quiet. 2 meals a day included with the room rate which is convenient. Little things like no iron available, not a big deal, just wanted to mention in case clothes aren't ironed before packing :) Stayed 11/11/24 to 11/14/24

A three night stay. A fine property; nice room; nice pool. On the second day, I asked for replacement of the complementary bottle of water in the room upon arrival. Sorry; the first one only is free. You'll have to bring your own in after that. That's a way, I guess, to economize.

Not worth the cost
It was definitely pricer than other hotels in the area. Big room good 3 folks but definitely in need of TLC. The dinners and breakfasts were definitely not the best. Certainly didn’t feel this hotel was worth what we paid.

Recomiendo este hotel. Todo estuvo excelente. El personal es muy amigable, el hotel es lindo y esta bien mantenido. El cuarto es grande y la cama excelente. La comida variada y muy rica. Habia un poco de olor a humedad en las alfombras del cuarto que no se pudo solucionar en toda la estadia y no ofrecieron cambiarnos de cuarto, pero calculo que en todas hubiese pasado lo mismo, y tampoco era tan grave. Fuimos en temporada baja y habia poca gente en el hotel lo cual tambien sumó tranquilidad. Lo unico malo fue que habia alguien del front desk que fue bastante indiferente a lo que le preguntabamos y pediamos. Poco amable y atenta. Estando el hotel casi vacio no nos dejó hacer el check-in antes de hora ni late check-out, cuando nuestra habitacion estaba desocupada.
