The hotel's location was a key deciding factor for choosing the stay. Another key factor was the description and style of the hotel, in the colonial German style of southern Chile. Both of these factors did result in really enjoying the stay at the hotel. Just a block away from the lakeside beach, and a few more from the Theater by the Lake, and various restaurants. The mirador within the hotel garden gives a fantastic view of the lake and the volcano. The hotel rooms are updated rooms and ours had upstairs bedrooms. Front desk service and information was very professional and helpful. Parking though limited for guests was streetside. We are very willing to return for another visit on our next stay in Frutillar.

beautiful hotel in a perfect location. outside area and garden is very nice and well mantained. breakfast is delicious. but what I really like the most, was the attention of the staff, very nice and friendly people, always available and eager to make my stay comfortable. definitely reccomended.

Beautiful boutique hotel that we were welcomed warmly and the room we got was so cozy amd super clean. The dinner was delicious and the customer service of the staff is exceptional. Breakfast also was delicious. From check in to check out we were early taken care of.

Excellent Stay
This is a very well presented hotel, well maintained and with an attractive garden. We enjoyed having a sofa to sit on in our room. The bed linen was of high quality. So we slept well. And the breakfast was very good. Good attention to detail all round. We did however find that the temperature of the hot water in the shower was tricky to get right as it fluctuated continually.

Charming German style hotel in the centre of Frutillar. This was a great place to have a base for exploring the lake district. The staff were super friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is a block from the waterfront and near several good restaurants.

Pretty good
This hotel consists of small town-home style rooms: 2 stories with bedrooms on the top floor and a small living area, kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor. The star classification of this location is correct, not luxurious, but comfortable and clean. If you visit during the summer, in warmer days, it might get stuffy on the 2nd floor and there is no air conditioner. We found that opening the windows to create a breeze was sufficient and the 1st floor was cool enough. We slept with the windows open and except for the Christmas parade at midnight, it was quiet enough that wasn't a problem. Breakfast is served to your table, so you will have to choose between 8am, 9am or 10am service (by the level of friendliness of the staff, it wouldn't surprise me that they could accommodate something earlier if needed). The hotel is conveniently located just a block away from the lake (no direct view) and has parking on-site. There is free Wi-Fi. For some reason signal reception with my Android was terrible from the room but my partner with an iPhone had no problems (mine were solved by sitting outside the back garden).

Quarto agradável, mas não excepcional. Vista para o jardim, o que obriga a manter a cortina sempre fechada, para ter algo de privacidade. Chocolatinho de boas vindas é sempre bem vindo. Café da manhã suficiente, estilo continental. Mas foi o único hotel no Chile que me colocou travas para pagar em dólares e assim evitar o pagamento do IVA. Disse que minhas cédulas tinham defeitos, mas nenhum outro hotel fez essa observação. Pena, deveriam ajustar esse detalhe.
