As a Hyatt member I was disappointed in this stay. The reviews mentioned that the properly was recently remodeled, WHERE? rooms were dated, the couch in the room was DISGUSTING. Stains, dirt, rips… I didn’t even want to be near it. Food was not great and limited. From room service to the restaurants. I booked this hotel for a friends wedding that was being held at the property. During the wedding people were walking through the cocktail portion who were NOT a part of the wedding. I’m disappointed in the overall stay as an Expedia and Hyatt member. I paid good money for this stay and it was not worth it. I will not be returning to this property. Sad example of “All-Inclusive” and “resort”

Amazing relaxing property. Salvador is a great bartender making fun drinks! The property was so good we became members and plan on returning soon! The only thing they can do is put a tv outside somewhere for us to enjoy the PRO games. We went for out morning swim into the freezing cold to watch it in the bar.

The hotel was empty. Just two restaurants working for dinner only one for luch. The hotel really does not have a beach, there are so many stones and the water is so dirty, that none can even thing use the beach.

We arrived at the property and the road leading up to the property is terribly bad, possibly the worst in Cancun, with many pot holes. Typically, this would not be a problem, however it is a family resort, and we were traveling with 3 young children aged 6, 5 and 8 months, this road is a serious concern. The hotel staff took out bags and we were escorted into a private area, allow me to say that we do not have any real status with the Hyatt so this was a nice touch. A few minutes later, we were introduced to Alberto, Alberto informed us of an offer, for the Hyatt vacation club, this was the worst part of our trip. I’m an honest person, so I hold others to the same standard. Alberto informed us of the club, we would have to sit through a 90 minute presentation at the dreams hotel, however it was next door. (Fast forward, it was not next door, it was a minute drive, the resort looked beautiful, however, I asked about the length of time of the presentation, and it was 90 minutes. I asked to be taken back to our hotel, essentially wasting 2.5 hours of my day on a vacation for my children.) Then introduced to our Butler, Gerardo, he welcomed us with “welcome home…” I love this, it was unexpected, and the man is a rockstar. We were disappointed that we were not made aware of the construction blocking the ocean view and the beach. In addition, Hyatt needs to do something about the name m, we and many others we spoke to through we were staying at the Hyatt Cancun with dolphins…

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort with my partner and we had a blast! The food was pretty good - best restaurants were Miyako for dinner, Habaneros for lunch and cheeseburgers any time lol. All of the staff was wonderful from the moment you step out of your vehicle onto the resort. A special shoutout to Manuel at the spa, Alberto at the pool, and Eduardo at the bar as just some memorable staff there. The only downside to this resort was that there was no beach access due to the hurricane and for safety the area was closed off; however, that did not stop the fun. I would recommend this place to any friends of family to create memories that will last a lifetime!
