Great all inclusive in a beautiful Location
Great experience. Attentive staff, friendly and good food. Great trip all around. Resort is in great shape. They did a great job fixing it up post hurricane. Stairs to beach are still out but you can get down and up with a little jump.

Margaritaville Rivera Maya has a lot to work on. It is a small resort. Most of the staff was very nice and accommodating. For example; Roberto the waiter, Juan & Eric in the inside buffet area, Wilber & manuel which are great chefs. They only have two restaurants, steakhouse, and Italian. The most that I disliked was we could not go the beach. although there is a beach direct access, the beach was completely gone due to a storm one month ago. So we couldn’t even take a walk on the beach at all the whole week which was a huge turn off for us. Another aspect is the entertainment. They only had a couple of shows which are the Mexican and tropical show. Some live band music at night and the DJ which starts at 11 PM which was nice. Their Wifi & Internet connection was horrible.

My one and only complaint is that the pools were ice cold there really wasn’t anyone in them either so know it wasn’t just me. The food wasn’t bad and was pretty nice hotel. So there’s my ups and downs.
