the property was nice the food was good, the one thing that really made me mad was how they treat the animals they have on the property. They are starving the animals there 3 of the workers told us that they were told not to feed the cats and animals and they are very boney and if it was not for the people coming to the resort they would not be feed. This is cruel to the animals and some of them are starved. All the food that they throw away at the resort would feed these animals no problem. If you do not want them there then you need to have a shelter come and get them instead of being cruel and in human

The property was very clean. The staff was Amazing. Very helpful always. Felt very safe all over the property. Anything we needed and/or asked for it was provided. Rooms were great. Freash and clean. Bed slept awesome. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.

I traveled with a friend and we checked in early. Were able to use the facilities which was nice. Once we checked into our room, we found many things wrong: There was no hot water, there was water on the bathroom floor, there were not enough towels, the safe box was broken. The list goes on. They took over two hours to send someone to fix everything and we were stuck not able to rest after our long trip. We requested to be moved to a new room which we did but there too, we had a broken sliding door. It was raining during our stay and the floors are very slippery. The service staff was trying to keep up with drying it but it was just impossible. The staff is overworked and the tile is definitely inappropriate for the area. Considering the climate, you would think a different type of flooring would be used. They were dealing with people slipping and hurting themselves. I was one of them. I slipped twice even though I was wearing all-terrain shoes with good traction. I am lucky I did not hurt myself badly. I left with a head concussion and a few bruises. I understand there was a lady that broke her leg. The service staff was great, but the front desk staff needs to be trained in customer service skills. They are very dry and just not nice.

Positives.. Our room was recently renovated and nice. No complaints there at all. The check in process was smooth. The food was overall pretty good. Our experience at Sensai was fabulous. The pools were clean and nice atmosphere overall. The most positive was a few of the servers. Mateo at the lobby bar was amazing, and Poncho at the Bistro Bar, Javier at the Italian restaurant, and Ricardo at the El Beso pool were fabulous. If not for the service from these individuals especially, our experience would have been less. Negatives.. I have to say that it rained much of the time we were there, which is no fault of the resort, but it certainly illuminated areas where they could improve. For starters, the Nightlife is almost non existent outside of the lobby, and unfortunately, there is not enough seating for the number of people (I saw people fighting over seats) and there is very little happening outside of the lobby. I was disappointed there was nothing for adults only, since I booked for an adults-only experience. Food- There were a number of times when restaurants were unexpectedly closed. We ended up eating dinner at the buffet twice by sheer need, not desire. The Beach was absolutely awful I understand the seaweed is an issue they cannot control, but there wasn't even a small space cleared. Another negative was the number of times we were put in a position being asked to do/pay extra for things. Also disappointed in the "missing extras" that I've experienced elsewhere.

Amazing and easy Check in and Check out procedures. Friendly staff and Friendly tour people available inside the El-Beso. Staffs always try to help you with anything. However room service needs improvement and Garbage and smoking bins around the area also ingredients in food should be mentioned clearly as some people have choices of meat they eat Overall it was amazing and I do recoomend

El Beso is super clean and beautiful resort. 5 different restaurants, coffee shop, Icecream shop, live bands activities and shows. Very nice for families. I have one comment on booking only adults section. It is expected from only adults section to be more alive and energy. There was no music, and was boring to me. I would change the "Adults" to seniors which fit the atmosphere of 55 . I traveled and booked only adults for entertainment and leisure. My philosophy is if yoi want to relax and sleep because you're bothered by the sound of music and noise, then you should stay in your room. Over all the resort is clean, beautiful, and lots to see. Food is great, the buffet was amazing. Waiting staff were super nice. I loved the salsa bands at night, it was phenomenal and please keep that. I loved the morning where i get to go to the gym and then chill by the pool. My room was upgraded and super nice. Close by the pool.

I’d give 5 stars for staff but Housekeeping didn’t replenish the towels and water daily,or coffee had to call and ask multiple times and the ac wasn’t the best. The bar, restaurant, and serving staff were absolutely fantastic. It’s a beautiful property. Tons of variety when it comes to dining and entertainment. The beach was piled high with seaweed though I did see them out there once trying to clean it up. Close to the airport but you can’t leave the resort and walk anywhere. I was dbl charged and the gift shop and have yet to get a response from the resort.

Amazing staff. Love the all inclusive including everything from the minibar. Only thing was the AC was not cold enough, blowing more like a fan instead of the cool breeze from an AC. Bathrooms in the property are quite small.
