DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT! My husband and I travel frequently. Sensira has to be the worst resort we have ever stayed at! The front desk staff were inattentive and lazy. We had an Amber suite which comes with butler service. The front desk never introduced us to our butler, I seeker him out myself on the second day of our stay. On the day we arrived, our jacuzzi tub leaked about an inch of water into our room and flooded our balcony. The front desk said "it could be fixed." Well, about 4 hours later and no update, I approached the front desk and got a new room because "it could not be fixed." Just not sure why we had to wait 4 hours for a result if there was another room to move into. Throughout the remainder of our stay, we encountered several issues in our room including a broken hair dryer, a broken iron, a broken safe, and the electrical outlet did not work at the bathroom vanity. The pool with the swim up bar was closed almost our entire stay for "repairs." When it did open, there was no bar service at the swim up bar for unknown reason. If you do choose to stay here, plan of waking up at 6am, or earlier, to reserve pool/ beach chairs. I have never stayed at a resort where there were not enough chairs for their guests. If you do choose to stay here and have kids, there truly is an abundance of activities for the kids. However, please respect the "Adult only" areas of the resort, unlike several families we encountered on our trip and the staff does nothing about it.

Our stay at Sensira All-Inclusive Resort was a mix of good moments and frustrating issues. We stayed with our two young daughters and chose it for the value and kids' club. The resort had some nice areas, but many parts were in poor condition—broken basketball nets, a damaged climbing wall, and unkempt beaches. The pools were cold at this time of year, and while the water park was a hit with the kids, the swim-up bar was closed for most of our stay. The biggest problem was understaffing. Dining was a nightmare with long waits of up to two hours at restaurants, and room service was slow. The beach bar had long delays as well. The kids' club was understaffed too, with just one worker managing a group of children. Housekeeping was inconsistent; we once had towels taken but not replaced, forcing us to scramble for replacements. On the positive side, the food was generally good, especially the fish tacos at the beach bar. Our ocean-view room was spacious, though partially obstructed by the resort’s design. By Thursday, service improved a bit, and the buffet was finally opened for dinner, which helped free up the restaurants. This resort has potential but is poorly managed. It feels like there are a lot of simple fixes—like a formal cabana reservation system, restaurant reservations, and self-service areas—to improve the experience. If you decide to go, I’d recommend hoping for a good day since the service can be incredibly inconsistent.

Worst hotel experience in my life, understaffed and disorganized wherever you look. Excepting the guys at the lobby bar and at Knights, the rest of the facilities are clearly under staffed and they don’t seem to care about it. Wait time for Rodeo is at least an hour and for Tentazzione and Rodeo be sure to get there before you get hungry because you will need to wait at least another hour to get your food. On arrival they messed up my reservation so I had to wait an hour before my room was ready without an apology from the hotel, should’ve seen it coming from there. On Friday they got a group and they had a party on the terrace pf the third floor that is adjacent to all te rooms instead of having it in one of the bars so everyone on the third floor had to listen to their party until they fell like it, which it was well after midnight, so much for a family hotel. This is a cheap managed hotel pretending to be a five star hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!

The hotel is very very short staffed . The buffet is not open every night for dinner The food is just ok . The restaurant by pool takes at least 1-2 hours to get your food . Getting your room clean and getting clean towels was a job every day we had to ask and wait hours for them , coffe shop was down underneath the hotel in a real bad place and was just ok if you like a dungeon. The beach was awful dirty dirt dirty even the water. No staff to keep it clean . The pools were nice but very very very cold . There are 4 restaurants but if you have kids you cannot go to the 4 th one adult only . We where a family if 6 adults an 3 kids an we would define pick a different place . We got tired of oh I will let them know or oh I will call someone . Not going there again . It’s only a 4 year old hotel but it feels very outdated. Not very clean cause the have no staff.

The property it’s okay. Not at par with other Cancun hotels. Needs some maintenance on some of the areas of the hotel. Food was okay. Pool needs more chairs, and they had limited people serving the area. First time I have to request water for the room all 6 days, as they never replenish the fridge with water, and we have a baby. I was hoping for a better experience been a 4 year old hotel, but it seems they still trying to recover from the COVID slowdown.

The food was very good at all restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. There are many areas that require some degree of repair that are not being addressed: cracked tile by the kids pool tables with bad sharp edges, no fence or net around the 4th floor tennis court or basketball court so there's only a 4' wall for the ball to go over. There are pergolas taped off around the kids water park and down by the lower pool. The cost of a taxi into Puerto Morales is now $40 each way, 2 years ago it was about $17.

The resort was severely under staffed. The food was terrible. Most of the time the buffet was cold. For dinner, there were days we waited over an hour and a half to be seated and another hour and a half to be served. The only good were the drinks and the views.
