Stunning Luxury 2BR/2BA Condo at Bella Sirena - With Underground Parking Space!

If you’ve stayed at Bella Sirena, you have already been blessed to have stayed at the single most luxurious property in Puerto Penasco. But if you haven’t stayed in our condo, you are going to be simply blown away. This is, without question, the best of the best! Please read on, you won’t be disappointed!

Bella Sirena has 5 buildings, this condo is located in the highly coveted C building, on the 5th floor. It is so heavily desired for its stunning, straight forward views of the Sea of Cortez and the entire property. Our gorgeous resort offers 5 separate swimming pools, two hot tubs, a fully furnished fitness center, pickle ball courts and a brilliant swim-up bar and grill aptly named SWIM. The restaurant also has seating out of the water and often has nice live entertainment. You really do not have to leave the resort once you arrive at Bella Sirena.

Before we purchased, we rented roughly 300 times in Rocky Point, so we knew what we wanted to ensure that we provided all of the little things that we thought you would appreciate. Here’s a brief rundown of our property:

• King bed in Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
• Two (2) Full sized beds in 2nd bedroom (Sleeps 4)
• Double reverse osmosis – Yes, you can drink the water and chew the ice!
• Build in wine fridge on kitchen island
• Keurig Coffee maker
• Traditional Coffee maker
• DirecTv in Master, Living Room and Kitchen, standard cable in 2nd bedroom
• Keyless Entry System
• Stocked kitchen including: Spices, crockpot, multiple electric griddles, stovetop/oven and more
• Washer and Dryer with supplies

Other amenities include: WIFI/High Speed Internet (Plus additional WIFI extender), Free calls to Mexico and US from condo with 602 area code, Free parking. But that is literally just the beginning. We haven’t skipped a thing in this condo!

The condo has a max occupancy of 6 people total. There are some exceptions with children 3 and under.

Beautiful condo!

Not only a beautiful condo but they had beach towels, games and beach chairs. Lots of kitchen wear and spices so we were able to cook. The owner was super friendly and replied to my messages right away, thanks John! I highly recommend 10/10.

Spectacular get-away

This was our second visit to this condo. Fantastic location on the fifth floor. Breezes and views. Condo is well-appointed and comfortable. We felt at home. Convenient to whatever we wanted to do. And the beach was absolutely spectacular this visit. We will be back.

This was a great place to stay and great location. Place had everything for our trip even things to use at the beach. Only thing I would say is that the cleaning people did not vacuum the rug they had very well and there was food still in the rug (but that’s not anything to do with the host). The host was terrific and was available to message anytime. Would definitely stay again.

A Weekend to Remember

We’ve always stayed at THE surrounding property (Las Palomas) that everyone books at, but decided to try Bella Sirena this go around. With all the reviews from this listing I decided to give it a go. The others were not lying about the view from the balcony. The pics hardly do it any justice. Spending Father’s Day weekend with my daughter, it was even more important to me that everything was perfect. The view aside, the location was perfect, the condo was stunning, the master bed was like sleeping in soft butter (yes that means comfy lol), but the grounds of the property were so well maintained and beautiful. We will for sure be back booking this very property next time.

Beautiful modern beach rental

This Bella Sirena rental was beautiful, modern, clean, the master bedroom bed was comfy and it had an amazing view of the whole resort. The host John was extremely friendly and made sure to communicate anything that was needed to make sure everything went smoothly for our stay. Also highly recommend the shrimp tacos from the Swim Bar downstairs!

Great ocean view

When we booked we thought we were getting a nice place to stay with a view but we were blown away with how great the rooms and views actually were. We had a wide unobstructed ocean view from a large balcony. Would definitely recommend this place.

Incredible Stay!

We had such a lovely time at this condo. The communication with our host before, during and after was so through and responsive. The condo had everything we needed, and the balcony is even better than imagined. The staff at the resort were so kind and helpful and we loved the food at the pool bar. Family of 6 had an absolutely amazing weekend of relaxing and making memories. John’s place was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. Look No Further for Your Stay in Puerto Penasco

What a wonderful weekend! It began with beyond excellent communication with the owner who offered an earlier check in. John's attentiveness was unmatched! The condo was very clean, nicely appointed, had the most comfortable beds and was stocked with plenty of utensils for cooking. The best part of the condo was the patio/balcony. Not only was the view just amazing- there were plenty of places to sit and relax or to dine outdoors. Additionally, the sounds system to play music and TVs to watch a sporting event that was happening during our stay were in great shape and super easy to use! The resort itself was lovely with great staff, beautiful beach and a relaxing swim-up bar where we spent most afternoons. Wrecked at the Reef and Diego's were a short walk down the beach. Will definitely keep coming back and this condo will be our first choice.
