Mirena and Carlos at the reservation were good and helpful Bethania and Natalia at the breakfast were very good Altagracia was good Overall everyone was friendly. Only thing i just requested them to extend my checkout by 40 min.They were unwilling to do. But i am happy with all the staff would recommend all to experience this place.

Great spot
I think the Hotel overbooked upon my arrival. They did the right thing and boomed me next door for one night. The following day a porter came to my door and transported me to my new room that was upgraded due to my inconvinience. I am veey Happy. Love the tiled floor and bathrooms. Great AC. and no questions asked about " visitors"
