"Great beach access and the food was good. Not a ton of options but it was good for a few days. The pool is large and warm and not too busy. Mainly locals take advantage of this establishment, which I liked because I could practice my Spanish. If you don’t speak any Spanish, you will have a difficult time here. The room had a full fridge with a freezer and water that was easily accessible. No one was ‘servíng’ drinks around the pool, so you have to bring your own food and drinks to the pool and beach. A lovely place to unwind for a few days."

Adriana, who owns the hotel, is super nice and gave us great tips what to explore in the area. The hotel is very close to the beach and we were able to borrow umbrellas and beach chairs which was great. Would love to come back soon! "

However, other offerings such as the hiking and meditation experiences felt underwhelming and not especially well executed. Our stay took an unexpected turn when we were unable to leave due to a cartel safety situation, requiring us to extend our stay by five additional days. While the team did their best under difficult circumstances and graciously comped one night, we felt there could have been more proactive guidance—particularly from the concierge—around support options such as travel insurance or alternative arrangements, given the significant added expense.
