We havs a great time, the staff was so nice and helpful (Jonathan, Carlos, Omar, Valeria). The hotel was very clean and had all we needed for our stay Walking distance from everything Sayulita has to offer. We will be coming back for sure!

Hace 5 años conocí este hotel y ahora que vuelvo veo que el servicio del personal sigue siendo excelente Aunque la mayoría del equipamiento es nuevo y funcional, el mantenimiento tiene áreas de oportunidad. La TV de la habitación (La Rana) está dañada y nunca la compusieron. La tapa del inodoro dificulta sentarse en él, ya que no se puede dejar levantada. Respecto al tema eco-friendly, no hay ninguna acción al respecto (botes de separación de basura, letreros para economizar en el lavado de toallas, etc). Volveré, pero necesitan mejorar el mantenimiento

Large room and nice pool area. However, during our 5-night stay, housekeeping only attended our room once, which felt way too little given that toilet paper is not allowed to be flushed down the toilet, and the trash bins in our bathroom were overflowing… A/C unit in kitchen/living area not working, and very difficult (impossible) to adjust in the bedrooms (either ice cold, or off). Shower walls “leaking”, in particular in one of the bathrooms, leaving a “lake” on the bathroom floor, rendering the shower more or leas unusable (luckily we had two bathrooms). Limited flexibility regarding checkout time.

The place is not very far from the center of Sayulita, about a 5-10 minute walk. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again!

The property was excellent. The only negative was that the pool and jacuzzi was under renovation and we were not able to enjoy this amenity. However, I will return once it’s completed.

Small hotel with lovely pool surrounded by beautiful vegetation . Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had a limited menu but it was good. Lots of restaurants an easy walk away but some very expensive. Rooms very clean. King sized bed really comfy. No bedside lamps only overhead one. Kitchen needed basics like salt and pepper. Large knife blunt so couldn’t cut up our fruit and bread. Also wanted to clean up but no cloths or towel to dry hands. No idea how to work TV. Hand soap in bathroom was like water. Don’t think we would bother with kitchen again.
