PUERTO VALLARTA BUILDING BOOM
One disclaimer I must make is there are some 18-20 new building going up all over PV. This includes all over Old Town and the condos by the Los Muertos. It is impossible to escape where ever you choose to stay. There is construction near Casa Bianca, limited to day time hours. The owner just wants you to be aware of this city wide situation. However, it attests the popularity of P.V.
CONSTRUCTION IN PV. In the downtown area there are some 15 new condos under construction. There is also occasional construction near this condo. It is hard to predict. It has generally not been a problem for previous guests. However, it is almost impossible to escape the building boom & noise factor no matter where you stay in PV.
ROOF TOP MUSIC BARS--LOS MUERTOS BEACH AREA is mostly condos with a few hotels and much quieter than the downtown area. Please be aware that there are two Roof Top Beach Clubs nearby. They often do play music at night a few nights each week and/or on weekends. It has not bothered previous guests. Therefore, if you are looking for absolute quiet, please be aware of the club music. The rest of Puerto Vallarta comes here nightly to partake so beware of crowded streets more reminiscent of urban environments.

These condos have been decorated with all custom designed furniture. As you can understand, we wish to insure that the property will be respected. Therefore, we ask that renters follow these guidelines:
1. The primary renter must be at least 28 years of age
2. Also, no children under the age of 16, as there are also safety concerns because the condos are on such high floors.
