This villa accommodates up to 8 adults. Bedrooms are set up as 3 kings and a queen or one bedroom can be made up as two twins.

From the villa you are within walking distance of Mismaloya beach said to be one of the top 3 beaches in Mexico. If you prefer not to walk you can take a cab for $5. There you can relax by lounging by the oceans edge enjoying food and drinks. You can also rent jet skies and small boats to visit Los Arcos rocks just in front of the villa. The boats will also let you feed the fish and travel to other beaches only reachable by boat.
The staff can help you set up any activity you might want to do, for example: zip lining, fishing, whale watching. Golfing, horse back riding and much more.

If a massage is what you want, you can walk up on the beach of Mismayloya or the staff will have a private one set up for you in the villa.

If you are there for a special occasion please let us know and we can make your evening dinner extra special with candle light around the pool and petals on the table.

The photos don't do this place justice -- when you walk in the impression is "wow." Great staff -- helpful, friendly, attentive, .. couldn't be better. Pools is quite large enough for adults and kids, also actually a hot tub for those summer nights. AC, in case you need it. Super, overall.

Absolutely wonderful villa
Our trip far exceeded my expectations. Laura made the most delicious food and Marco took care of our every need from drinks to serving food to helping with our excursions. Jesse was like Tinkerbell. She magically appeared and cleaned up the bedrooms and then magically was gone! These three made our vacation. Such kind and gentle souls who you just want to take home. Linda was fabulous on helping with all my questions. My only advice is to book now before it’s too late. You will thank me later, I promise.

Fantastic vacation home!
The description and photos are spot-on, the house is immaculate and the views are stunning. The waves crashing on the rocks below the house lulled us to sleep each night. The staff are sweet, friendly, and helpful in arranging activities and transportation, and every meal was delicious. We enjoyed the spa treatments (they come to the house!) that Luis arranged, and spent a lot of time out on the pool and patio. The house is well designed to offer views, shade and sun. The location is great for being out of the larger PV city but a 20-minute cab ride when we wanted to go there. La Zona Romantica is definitely worth a visit. We did not end up spending much time in Mismaloya, but the town of Boca de Tomatlan and its nearby beaches were gorgeous. Those waves crashing are no joke - some beach areas are not safe for swimming so check with Luis before you choose your destination. All in all we had an incredibly relaxing (and filling!) vacation week at this beautiful home, with wonderful people making sure we had a fabulous time. Gracias!

We loved everything!!
We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Las Peña’s. It was my family of 8 adults and my 3 year old son. It was so nice to be able to put my son to bed and come join the family for a couple drinks in the evening. Such beautiful views from every room! Amazing staff who took such great care of us. A real gem of a place
As soon as you enter the home you realise you are somewhere special. The photos really don’t do it justice. The location and view are really unsurpassed. We felt instantly comfortable there. Exceptional PV Experience!
I can't even begin to mention all of the positive points about this property. It's gorgeous, clean, comfortable, great location, amazing views, and stocked with everything needed. The staff members were absolutely incredible. They provide impeccable service and are genuinely kind people. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food was incredible and the views of the sea and Los Arcos from the pool and patio are stunning. Before, during, and after our stay, the homeowner was extremely responsive and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again!

Paradise with a view and amazing people
We stayed at the Villa for my wife's 42nd birthday. Not only was the Villa amazing the staff was great as well . My 18 month old son took to Marco (House Manager) and treated him like family. Marco was great with my son taking time to play with him, old him and show him around. I can't say enough about the staff and the comfort they provided us the entire stay. We will be back! We are already planning our second trip to the villa.

BEST VIEWS EVER!
Wow, where to begin on this property… For starters, the view was absolutely amazing and can’t be beat. While there are many properties with gorgeous views around Vallarta, this villa is right on the ocean – and across from Los Arcos national park: something only a small handful of properties can offer. When you share picture of the place to your friend and family at home, they will be totally jealous! Standing at the edge of the pool, looking down as the clear water of the ocean splashed against the rocks with a pina colada in hand was one of my favorite things to do at the end of a hot day in town. You can hear the waves all day and night which is a wonderful sound or enjoy music over the patio as well. Each bedroom has it own sitting room or deck with a terrific view of the ocean and shoreline. Mismaloya Beach is a 5-minute cab ride around the corner. This is great for days when you don’t want to go into town and just want to relax somewhere other than the villa. La Zona Romantica – or Romantic Zone is maybe a 10–15-minute ride or so away as well. So, its close enough to get to tons of taco carts and shopping but far enough away that you aren’t feeling swamped with tourists all around. I wrote my original review on Word but surpassed the character limit. If that tells you anything - I could go on an on but can't fit it all in. Just go stay there and see for your self! Lastly, the staff is amazing too!

Magical
The house is wonderful, the staff is absolutely amazing!!! We had the kitchen stocked upon arrival, drinks and food made for us and absolutely breathtaking views! There was never a dull day even if we were just sitting in the pool staring out at the water. We saw fish jumping, manta rays and just an all over superb and relaxing time. There is a lot to do around when you feel you need to leave this beautiful home, but why leave! Thank you for a great experience!

The perfect vacation
This property is amazing! The view is breathtaking, the staff is so attentive, and every room is comfy and clean. We came here for my husbands 40th birthday and everyone made it so special. Special shout out to Marco and Luis who made everything from figuring out activities, getting taxis, to arranging massages just so easy and seamless. And thank you to Laura who made the best meals and even accommodated one of our guests who is gluten free! It was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Will definitely be back!

A slice of paradise
We four mature ladies ranging from 81-90 had a marvellous time in this beautiful villa! Laura cooked daily and served delicious food…Marcos made wonderful margaritas and waited on us with charm…Luis helped us arrange transportation to town and Jesse kept the place spotless. All in all we were pampered for a week and loved every minute of it…lots of bridge playing, laughs and of course happy hour. The house itself is a gem with lots of unique art and color everywhere..Luis and Marcos made sure that the pool was cleaned every day….we were blessed with great weather and watched whales daily and 4 dolphins playing on one occasion. Don’t wait, book now…you are in for a treat!……the Florida foursome

Better than pictured or imagined
Perfect 60th birthday celebration with our family (6 adults)! From the minute the door was opened and we took in the stunning villa and the unmatched view we had the most amazing week spoiled by the staff, the fine weather and the show out in the bay with whales, dolphins, rays, turtles, kayakers, snorkelers and water taxis in the water. Marcos (and a couple of shifts, Luis) took excellent care of whatever we needed from coffee service until dinner was cleared. The bar was always open and the maragaritas, pina coladas and mojitos were always ready. Everything Laura made in the pretty kitchen was so delicious, we never wanted to leave. The hardest part was choosing from the choices offered. Jessica sweetly kept everything pristine. They were all just lovely people and were so spoiled. It was so nice to all be under one roof for the entire week. No resort stresses of grabbing the good chairs by the pool or getting a booking for dinner. We gave the staff their Sunday off and walked to Mismaloya beach for that experience and a lot of margaritas followed up by the Tacos After Dark tour with Vallarta Food Tours (do one of their food tours, but be hungry). We took the bus from Mismaloya to Boca de Tomatlan and did the walk to Los Animas Beach (wear good shoes) and the first half was more of scramble than a walk, but the beaches were pretty. Might suggest taking a water taxi (we took one back) to one of the remote beaches or Yelapa for slightly less aggressive adventure. Two of us enjoyed hot stone massages up under the thatched roof outdoor sitting with the waves crashing below which was just the height of luxury. Share this villa with your family or with friends, it's so nice to be out of the PV fray and have your own private escape. Every room has water views but the top floor is just beyond. Take a jetted tub at sunrise or under the stars at night. Read or nap in the hammock. Thanks for a magical week at your villa, Linda!

Awesome property, just awesome!
We had a fantastic time. First, the overall location. The property is somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta proper which we truly appreciated. Views were amazing. Clear, unrestricted views of Los Arcos, on a cliff overlooking the water. Saw whales off in the horizon on several days. The pictures in the gallery are spot on. We appreciated the open design of the house, as well as the owner's' decorative flair. The interior of the house was pristine. The housekeeper magically appeared everyday and then vanished. There were two additional staff: a property manager and cook. We chose to have all meals on the balcony overlooking the water. The food was fresh, flavorful and always well prepared. The "property manager" was present everyday. He was a solid resource for family adventures. We had our 16 yr old with us on the trip. He assisted us in scheduling all of our events: whale watching, fishing and an ATV adventure. If I have one suggestion to pass on, bring sufficient cash. As a rule, our outings were a cash transaction. Your preferred ATM could be a 30 minute plus drive. There are two ATM''s located in Mismaloya, about 1/2 mile from the property. I would caution you to pass on using them. Awesome property, voted our best VRBO selection of all time.
