Decent hotel on the beach
An ok hotel with nice pool and beach. Happy hour 6 to 8pm. We like the pet turtles in the fountain. Everyone friendly except Gali behind the bar in the morning who made it an ordeal to get ice for my beer, and kept demanding propina - not cool. We think the other bartenders straightened him out. Pool restaurant bar reasonably priced. No ice machine, no fridge in the room. All sorts of great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance close to hotel - no need for rental car or taxi. Overall not bad for older less upscale cheaper hotel.

Still a great deal
The lower pool is being completely re-done, which is a good thing, but there was considerable noise and dust that interfered with a relaxing time by the pool. Otherwise, it was a great stay again. Kudos to the staff: housekeeping, pool attendants (♥️ the towel lady), restaurant servers, bartender were all friendly and welcoming. Thanks 🙏 for a nice stay.

I like the nice and friendly people who work here I didn’t like WiFi in our room had little or none service most of the time The nice pool was closed some of the time we were there The balcony wall was to high and I couldn’t see down the beach while I sit there for my morning coffee .

The staff was very friendly and helpful, only thing I would change is that they didn’t have a mini fridge in the room. Other than that it was excellent. Will looking forward to getting back.

This is a cheap price for the location. Check in process is the worst i have ever seen. However once you get through it, the staff are very nice at the pool. Good food low prices, extremely great servers. Best location in zona romantica. Pools are literally falling apart. Loungers at pools and towels are old. But you can bring your own music, food or drinks so if you want to relax and do what you want,following the rules, you can. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. No refrigeratirs in room. Rooms need work, but housekeeping is great. They are oddly strict about entering or leaving the hotel, like a prison. Supposedly for safety. I have stayed so many times, i am used to it. But at first I was appalled at the lack of respect they pay the guests. You can walk to everything. Go next door to Sapphire Ocean Club for the best food, by Chef Carmel and service by Martin or Danny!!

A decent 3-Star beach hotel in the Romantic Zone of PV. Walkable distance to many restaurants, bars and the Malecon. Unfortunately, drink prices at the hotel are unreasonably high, but several nearby convenience stores have a cheap supply of cold beverages.
