This new 1,120 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Pier 57, a new lifestyle building in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The apartment is less than a 3-minute walk from the beach. This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 5th floor (7 floors in the building) comes with an open plan kitchen and living room. We have the best rooftop pool with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.

The space
PIER 509 is a beautifully crafted condo that epitomizes modern urban living. The living area, a blend of elegance and comfort, is the heart of the apartment, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and entertainment.

The condo's standout feature is its two flexible bedrooms. Each bedroom, designed for privacy and comfort, can be easily enclosed with sliding doors, offering a customizable living experience. Whether you need open space for a day of socializing or private rooms for a restful night, these flex bedrooms adapt to your needs.

The master bedroom, with a plush bed and high-quality linens, promises a peaceful night's sleep in a king-size bed. The second bedroom, equally comfortable, provides twin beds, making the condo ideal for families or groups.

The condo features two well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Each bathroom is equipped with premium fixtures and stocked with luxurious amenities to dive into French elegance with L'Occitane products.

Unlike any rooftop in Puerto Vallarta. It contains a state-of-the-art infinity pool that offers panoramic views of the bay and the city. Sunken lounge area with fire pits and Jacuzzi. There is an amazing bar with great cocktails. You can relax in the rooftop library and pool cabanas. It’s perfect for sunset while enjoying the awesome views. The rooftop includes tanning areas, 2 Jacuzzi, palm trees, and an ocean-view gym as well.

The building has 24-hour security staff.

PIER 509 is conveniently located, granting easy access to the building's amenities, including a gym, a rooftop pool, and communal areas. The condo's position ensures both privacy and a connection to the vibrant life of the building.
Any noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.

The building also offers a gym, pool, bar, and rooftop terrace.

For your comfort also, we work in the area from 9 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays. Anything you need we will be ready to quickly assist you!

Important Notes

*SECURITY DEPOSIT
-On arrival, we ask for a $1,000 USD security deposit, refundable at check out in case of no damages (It has to be done at check-in with a physical credit card), otherwise, we send the confirmation email with the pre-check-in form and can be paid online. (Both methods will be returned 3 days after checkout.)

*PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:
Allowed on the property (small or medium size, $120 USD Pet Fee per stay).

CHECK-IN: 3 pm,
All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email one day before the check-in. If you need early check-in request it via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for early check-in.

-Face-to-face or virtual check-in is available to you, you will choose this through your guest portal upon booking your reservation with us.

Face-to-face includes contacting us and telling us when you will be arriving at the property so that we may greet you in the lobby.
-You will sign an agreement to follow the rules of the building, this is mandatory.
-We will take you to your apartment and answer any questions you may have. If you would like we will also give you a tour of the rooftop pool area.

Virtual includes that you can arrive anytime after 3 pm.
-When you arrive in the lobby you will be required to sign an agreement to the rules of the building.
-Then you may go to your apartment which is accessed via doorcode.
All pertinent information regarding the door code, WIFI, etc. will be provided via email one day before the check-in.

CLEANING: Daily cleaning is included in your reservation.
-The cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Schedule your cleaning through your guest portal or by contacting us directly.
-Cleaning is not available on Sundays or holidays.
-Cleaning services include: making the beds, sweeping and mopping the unit, programming the dishwasher (dishes should be inside), and providing clean towels.
-Cleaning does not include kitchen cleaning.
-If you would like the housekeepers to clean the kitchen or wash the dishes at an extra cost of $50 USD per day.
-Dirty dishes or kitchen after check out will be an additional cost.
-Any extra cleaning service that you might need during your stay can be provided for an extra fee, just ask in advance.
-If the apartment is left extra dirty there will be an extra fee applied after check out dependent upon how long it takes for the cleaning team to return the apartment to its normal state.

AMENITIES
-We provide some courtesy drinks upon arrival (you can find them inside the fridge) they are free and they are only provided once at check-in.
-We provide L’Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion as a courtesy during your stay. Please don’t take the amenities at your checkout otherwise you will be charged per bottle.
-We provide five-star hotel towels and bed linen for your comfort if we find stains that cannot be removed or any of those missing we will charge the cost of each object as new to replace it.


CHECK OUT: 11 am
All pertinent information regarding the checkout will be provided via email one day before the checkout. If you want a late check out please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for late checkout.

-At your check-out, we will ensure that everything is correct at the apartment (this means there are no damages or missing objects), that’s why we ask you to respect your check-out time, otherwise, if you leave the flat and we find anything unusual, we will charge through your reservation.
-Our check-out time is at 11 a.m. If you need more time please get in touch with someone from the team to check if it’s possible. Late checkout has an extra cost through your guest portal.
If you leave the unit after 11 a.m. without notice we will apply a penalty fee.

VISITS
-Visitors are allowed, but only two people at a time.
-Visitors cannot stay at night to sleep.
-Visitors should be authorized before arrival. Please send us an email or message with the following information: Your name, condo number, visitor's full name, date, and time of arrival.
-Visitors should respect the condo rules.
-If you have more than two people visiting without permission, we will apply a penalty fee.

GENERAL
-Parties are strictly prohibited.
-Volume of music should be kept at a low level.
-We reserve the right to evict any guest who does not comply with the rules of the unit. We also reserve the right to fine for inappropriate behavior.

We are available from 9 am to 6 pm for any questions or concerns you may have. In case of a water leak, fire, or other emergencies please call us or the local authorities as you see fit.

Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime.

If you require Airport transportation we have a suburban available for $72 USD. You can book this service from your portal.

You can also reserve for 50 USD our private parking from your portal (50 USD for all your stay, 24/7 Security )

nice unit in a great building
This is an elegant unit with a floor-to-ceiling, south facing wall that makes it feel all the more spacious. In some ways this building is like several others in the area, but it is comparatively higher-quality and also has a couple of unusual features that distinguish it -- a rooftop bar and (in this unit, at least) frequent housekeeping.

Stayed for 4 nights. PROS Fantastic location in the heart of everything. Very close to restaurants and shops. Easy 2 block to walk to the beach. Rooftop deck is absolutely amazing. Condo very nice & well equipped. CONS When I 1st booked this condo I made several attempts to contact them with some questions. Took several weeks and multiple messages to get a response. I found the info I received in messages Vs the website was not consistent. Building is at the top of VERY steep hill. If you have mobility issues this will be a problem. Condo is really nice but strange layout. The couch faces same direction as TV - only place you can watch TV is sitting on a stool at kitchen island. The condo SE facing so has direct sun from about 8:30 am until mid afternoon. Once the sun comes over the hill the extremely small deck (with uncomfortable furniture) is unusable. No dresser or drawers to unpack. Only hangers. Strange smell coming from secondary bathroom. OVERALL very nice property. Due to the steep climb up hill to walk here we will not return.

Great location, best rooftop pool!
A group of four friends stayed here, and the location was perfect. Everything you need is within a 15-minute walk! The property is gorgeous, and the rooftop pool has the best views! The property management team was great and responsive with all our questions before and during our stay. I would highly recommend it and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Look beyond the pictures…
The building and unit are immaculate and in a great location, however it may not be for everyone. We found the unit was not very functional. TV hangs on a wall that cannot be viewed from the single couch. No drawers anywhere. Not in the closets, bathrooms, nightstands. Housekeeping was supposed to be from 9-11, but they came all hours, and inconsistently. Small things like no trash can in the bathroom, no soap dishes by the sinks, no tables by any power plugs to place charging devices. The showers have rain shower heads that have no water pressure so it takes forever to wash/rinse hair of length. The pool is absolutely spectacular, however no floaties, no games, no ball tossing allowed in the pool. The rules make sense given it’s a roof top pool, but worth noting if those things matter to you.
