This property just changed names. Needs a remodel badly. Rooms are not good. Old televisions, bad air conditioning, and the beds are horrible. You have check out your tv remote??? The food and drinks for all inclusive honestly is a joke. Also my friends wanted to stop up to my room while I got ready to go out. They made me pay 1000 pesos per person so my friends could spend time with me before we all went out!! Elevator was broke while I was there. Great location !! But this place needs a profesional remodel.

One night stay. Room was not ready at check in. We were able to eat before check in. Lunch was good. Not enough beach chairs. A lot of locals on the beach in front of property. The hotel is steps from beach. Great location. Hotel is older. My room did not have the door chain lock nor the balcony door lock. The location is great, there a lot of cafes and foods near by. You can walk to everything.

Check in was really smooth. Everyone speaks decent English. I arrived early and they were able to check me in. Ocean view was very nice. The beach is just below so you're going to hear music and people on the beach. I enjoyed the sound of this. I'd stay here again.

Good location renewed facilities.
Overall was a good experience. The property was remodeled and looks new (ocean side). I guess the personnel should be more polite. One day before checking out our access cards were deactivated. At the lobby the manager said loudy to the assistant “they pay until tomorrow. Activate the cards back”. No apologies at all. They just gave us the cards back. Also the maid followed us to our room to be sure we will give her the used towels back before giving us new ones. A little rude….
