All inclusive resorts are a blast. The add on sales push for vacation clubs and tour companies gets very aggravating very fast. Once you have paid an exorbitant amount of money for peace and tranquility to have it interrupted on a constant basis was also upsetting. Finally, as a preferred guest we were supported by a butler service. In our case this individual was useless. He did not action requests in a timely manner and instead of supporting our needs would recommend on how we could accomplish tasks ourselves. Utterly unacceptable.

Beautiful property with a great view. Staff was extremely attentive especially our Personal Butler Carlos Miranda and his partner Jose Becerra. Things I wish were a bit better were food and entertainment. A show on the beach or just not the same repetitive entertainment night after night. The best food I had was the French restaurant and the poolside grill. The worst was Italian.

Pros: Staff was excellent and restaurants were wonderful. Everything was safe and well maintained. Again, cannot express any more how wonderful the staff was. Cons: The sales element within the property for time sharing etc especially upon check in. When you have been traveling the last thing you want is to be bombarded by a sales pitch.
