Amazing location
We had a great stay. The location was just perfect. The fact that the Ley grocery is very close made our logistic very easy. Personnel very responsive. We had long chairs and umbrellas setup on the beach by Don Jorge every day. We had an emergency in the middle of the night and got amazing service from David the night security guard. A few little things should be fixed in the condo, rolling blinds and toilet flushing mechanism in one bedroom. We would go back.

2nd Time, Just As Good As We Remembered
Everything about this location is perfect! From the ocean views to the city views, a few blocks from the Malecon and amazing food around every corner! The staff are super helpful and friendly. My parents and wife stayed in this very unit for spring break 2022, and this year we brought them back for spring break 2025 with my sister-in-law, niece and our 3 teenage boys. It is a perfect space for our size of family. I couldn't recommend it hire if you can.

The perfect location!
The location of this property couldn't get any better. We were there for New Years Eve and went up to the penthouse deck to watch the fireworks that were on both sides of us. It was the best display of fireworks I have ever seen. We walked everywhere from this property and never missed not having a rental car. The weather was great and the beach was lovely. We all had a great time.

Just what we needed!
This property is just as described. Every room had it's own bathroom which was wonderful. It's worth noting that the upstairs bedroom has a spiral staircase and no door (still felt private). However, it does have it's own balcony with the best view of the coast. I mention it in case you have difficulty navigating stairs. The downstairs balcony was a lovely spot for us to sit and have a drink while enjoying the view. The pool was easily accessible and we didn't often have to share it with anyone else. Access to the beach was through a gate next to the pool, and we did have them set up lounge chairs for us one day so we could enjoy the ocean. There are plenty of options for eating nearby. Our favorite breakfast place was Calmate cafe, don't miss it. Pollo Feliz was an easy inexpensive spot for a quick lunch. Getting to the Malecon was an easy walk through shop lined streets. A quick uber to the Zona Romantica was also hassle free and not expensive. I highly recommend this condo. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The property manager was easy to communicate with on vrbo and everything went smoothly.

While you won't be overwhelmed by the accommodations, the stay was most enjoyable. It's nice to have two bedrooms facing the ocean. However, access to the upper room is via a steep, winding staircase with no railing. The toilet has strange cramped positioning, and shower handle falls off. The best part of the stay is the great service provided by Rosa and Jorge. Rosa and her mom prepared dinner our first night and the Mexican plate and flan were outstanding. You pay the owner for dinner and the price was pretty steep, so you can only hope that Rosa is paid her fair share. We recommend arranging airport transfer via the yellow shirt taxi service. Again, the condo charges way more. The best part of our stay was the location and the ability to put chairs and umbrella directly on the beach. It was fun to be walking distance to the Malecon as we normally stay South of town. The pool is clean and warm. We also enjoyed the city and mountain views from the back windows.

Worked out well for our 5 adult family with staggered lengths of stay. Great to be right on the beach—with lounge chair and umbrella setups in the sand; fairly quiet as not on a busy main street; staff helpful and flexible; easy walkability for a variety of restaurants; market very close by. Enjoyed the balconies for morning coffee before starting the day (and for spotting whales passing through the bay!!).

The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring and enjoying Puerto Vallarta and it’s environment. Small building with just 8 units directly on the water. 5 balconies give you great views in every direction. Secure ground level parking is an extra bonus.

Incredible views from this 3b/3b condo
Great spot centrally located in PV and right on the beach. We fell asleep to the ocean’s waves nightly and the patio provides a nightly beautiful sunset. The condo has what you need and although it’s definitely not designed with little ones in mind (upstairs loft is a little treacherous if you have a Toddler) we made it work just fine. This condo is steps away from one of the greatest taco spots in the world: El Carboncito! So we ate there often for dinner or late night tacos post dinner. Also just a short walk to the Malecon/Boardwalk which is a fun and lively walk at/after dark. Would love to book this spot again!

This was our first trip to PV and found the condo to be in a safe, quiet location within walking distance to The Malecon, groceries and bus stops. The size of the condo was great for all our family and Rosa, Jorge, DonJorge, and David very pleasant and helpful!! This condo was perfect for our family birthday trip with plenty of room for 6 adults. The location is great - right on the beach, walkable to restaurants, bars and shops, and super convenient from the airport. The condo was very clean and we spent a ton of time on the various decks overlooking the water - so fun to see whales right from the condo! The pool area was really nice as was the direct access to the beach. Rosa, David and Don Jorge took great care of us and were very helpful. This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and we'd definitely come back and stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo with one of the best views of PV and 360 degrees on top. You have the beach, the pool and close to Malecon, groceries and walking Old PV with a host of restaurants. Paulette the owner helped us out and showed great flexibility when our travel plans were disrupted and obviously cared about who stays in her units. Jorge, David and Rosa the caretakers were caring and friendly as they took care of the property and were ever present. A property that has it all if location a priority.

Can’t get much closer to the ocean than this place and pool area was very nice and neighborhood is very safe……living room and kitchen were a bit tight for three couples but we spent most of our time out on the big balcony anyways.

This property unit was everything as described. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The condo had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. So easy to walk to some many restaurants, grocery store, the Malecon and other sites. The pool and beach were wonderful. We are definitely making plans to return during this next year. Would definitely highly recommend this unit.
