The staff was incredible! But they only had 1 restaurant available. The other was being remodeled. Also, one side of the hotel was getting renovated so during the day, my baby struggled taking his naps. You can hear it through the entire hotel. The lighting in the rooms were also terrible. There was minimal privacy between the toilet room, bathroom, and bedroom area. If I was needed to use the restroom, the light was beaming into the room causing my family to be woken up. The rooms also had a stench of an old building. The only thing we liked was the amazing staff, breakfast options, & beach.

Me he quedado varias veces con mi familia en el hotel y en esta ocasión lo sentí muy sucio. Es entendible que está en construcción pero hay áreas que no tendrían porque estar sucias como los aparatos del gimnasio , los elevadores , el piso alrededor de la alberca. Creo que lo están descuidando y es una pena porque era muy buena opción.

The property was beautiful, but it was very difficult to feel comfortable in the pool with the iquana's, especially when i witnessed one pooping in the pool. Didn't see any iguana's anywhere else, not sure why you have them on your property.
