Some of the most amazing staff, Daniel at the beach, Angela our housekeeper, Cesar in the Japanese restaurant, too many to list. The rooms are a bit warn, water pressure and hot water could've been better. Beds were comfortable but the AC was loud.There was never enough lounge chairs. There's sign of no holding, but we couldn't find only singles by 9 am. The food was better than I had in a lot of all inclusive resorts. It's small, but have 4 places and a coffee bar

I will give 5stars but just 4stars as an all inclusive most of their menu at their snack bar were out of stock or not available, the seafood market did not have seafood much to offer, mostly meat, and desserts are repetitive and not attractive, our room there was no way to turn off the ceiling, was too cold in the middle of the night, but if you will turn off the main switch every light will be switched off and we do not want too dark as for going in the washroom will be a hassle. For the things that I did not mention, overall great service from the friendly staff. Musicians and Rhythm of the night performance were awesome! Beautiful place! We had a very relaxing time during our short vacay! Will recommend! Just need some improvements I hope when we come back again. :)

It was good experience. We had been to all inclusive before. This one is better bcz they serve you rigth at ur pool side if u need in room service for free.If u r traveling w small kids. This is perfect.. Nor sure if orher resort in PV had same service. Food was good. Same menu though.

Although an older facility and about to see some major overhauls we found the staff and amenities within our liking. The food offering was limited as they had only a couple facilities open, walking to near by restaurants was a breeze. Not exactly what you want from an all inclusive. The staff made the stay enjoyable

The staff was unpleasant .Food was horrible. NO Poolside BAR. Not enough restaurants. The beach was ugly, dirty. Limited entertainment. Lots of elderly. Not recommended for younger people.

The all-inclusive ended early, even though our flight was later in the day so we were expected to pay for anything after breakfast. And our first day we didn’t get there until after supper time. Rooms were not stocked with anything, not even water or coffee after the first night. Hospitality room for after check out was not accessible by anyone with mobility issues. And the room its self was less than ideal. Communication between hotel staff and hotel guests was not great. Some of the front desk staff were rude. A lot of the serving staff were amazing really went above and beyond- until you didn’t have on your fancy all-inclusive bracelet.

We were very disappointed that All Inclusive ends at 11:30 am and we were here until 4:00 and not able to eat or drink unless we paid extra. The first day we didn’t use are all inclusive because we never got to the hotel until after 8:00. Also hospitality room is up 2 flight of stairs. That I can’t walk. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit!

The activities were fun and catered to all ages. I don’t recommend staying in building 3 in a room close to the 8 storey rotunda as it is very noisy and sound echos. We were disappointed that our relatives room was in another building even when we were told they were close to us. Don’t prebook a taxi from the airport through the hotel as it is 3 times more than just catching a taxi at the airport.

The rooms needed to be updated. The bed and the air conditioning in the room were comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. There was not much entertainment, we would have enjoyed more live dancing music. The entertainment they did have wqa plesant but ended too early.

I would like to visit and stay here again. The VIP upgrade is a plus. Great staffs, very safe, and it's located in a very convenient spot. Easy to get taxi everywhere.
