The rooms are dated, but clean. The Resort is currently being renovated. Wonderful food with more than enough choices. Lovely staff and beautiful pool and beach areas, gym! Short cab or bus ride to downtown. Trying to get out of the airport while being slammed by timeshare salespeople was the only complaint we had.

Had a wonderful birthday here. Service was great, food was amazing, the Mexican night was so Much fun! The beach was gorgeous and the property was stunning.The room was nice as well, bright and vibrant and has AC and a good ceiling fan. Beds were moderately comfy, housekeeping came in everyday with new towels and chocolates! The only complaint I have is the shower/bath was strange. It has no door and only a small piece of glass which does not stop water splashes. The floor was soaked every shower we had.

Some of the most amazing staff, Daniel at the beach, Angela our housekeeper, Cesar in the Japanese restaurant, too many to list. The rooms are a bit warn, water pressure and hot water could've been better. Beds were comfortable but the AC was loud.There was never enough lounge chairs. There's sign of no holding, but we couldn't find only singles by 9 am. The food was better than I had in a lot of all inclusive resorts. It's small, but have 4 places and a coffee bar

We loved our stay! I would say if you’re gonna get a seat by the pool area, you would need to get it by about seven in the morning because everybody reserves it although you’re not supposed to. We did the All inclusive stay and the food was pretty good, The coffee shop and ice cream is included in the all inclusive package. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive if you’re gonna go. Lots of events and nightlife, It was great and we will be going next year.

The stay itself was nice, but we had some negative interactions with staff. When we arrived, our concierge invited us to tour a sister resort "nearby" the following morning and in return we would receive a massage and breakfast. We explained that we had a previously booked reservation at a beach club for early that afternoon, so we weren't sure if we could manage both. She insisted that we would be back in time, so we agreed to take the tour. It turned out the sister resort was forty minutes away, which allowed us approximately an hour at the sister resort before we had to turn back around. We alerted numerous staff at the sister resort of our tight schedule when we arrived. We had breakfast, took a tour, then headed to an office where we waited twenty minutes for a salesman to arrive to sell us on buying a timeshare. By this time, we were well behind schedule. When the salesman arrived, we told him we had to depart within the next ten minutes and he became upset with us. He also lied to us and said he was from our hometown, which clearly was not true. When we continued to insist on leaving he said, “there is nothing I can do to physically keep you here.” Finally, he acquiesced, but asked for a receipt for the reservation we’d made, implying that we were lying. We showed him the receipt and we were allowed to leave and return to our hotel. By the end, we felt misled and exploited and it made for a negative beginning of our trip.

Requested king bed on booking and was give a doubke bed room. We were told they were sold out on arrival. We were all inclusive and one bar charged us cash for a premium drink and our check in list stated they were included. Spoke to staff and just got brushed off.

While the property shows it age, many people have been going to this resort for years (time share or not). The staff were friendly, the room was cleaner than others I’ve stayed in, and the Mexican restaurant is amazing!

Place was nice but very outdated the AC vents smelled like humidity, we had to switch off the AC entirely… not a fan of the staff trying to sell you on the tour of their other location. Very unpleasant and they are very pushy. Pool and beach were good, kids enjoyed it. Restaurants were good.

I have to share that one night I forgot my purse at one of the bar/restaurants - it was late in the evening. I didnt realize I left it u til the next morning tho - thinking it would be gone I still asked the front desk - they told me to wait & a security guy came out w my purse!!! I was so relieved, happy & impressed it wa still there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is quite clean and sufficiently big. Even though rooms are older, our room did not seem run down as stated in other reviews and had a decent amount of space even though it was the most basic one Most staff was friendly and helpful except 2 around the pool area. Some cool activities happening all the time, so it didn’t make the stay boring The restaurants did not need reservations and you could walk in just like that The quality of liquor was good and not diluted Some areas of improvements- The food could have some variety. The ‘Italian’ restaurant they have only serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets( not Italian) so no Ala carte options there. So don’t say you have an Italian restaurant. The mexican restaurant had barely any vegetarian options which seemed strange. The staff didn’t even want to attempt to make something vegetarian for you (other restaurants in mexico would always make something vegetarian for you if requested). The buffet food got very repetitive They themselves don’t follow the schedule for restaurants that’s put up so its better to check what’s open for that day
