This time they took it granted the guest I guess it was too hot and air conditioning in rooms were fix on 22 and even that was not working it was on ventilation… and I was not able to change it to make it low or high and I called and no one cared they came and said it’s set . I said but it’s not even working .. they stand their shoulders and left . Pussed off two nights with hot . It was my favourite spot to live but not anymore I guess …

The hotel is beautiful of course! My kids loved the pool! I was disappointed that at arrival they already were trying to sell me a membership. I didn’t like that expedia stated i got a free massage but when i booked the massage they charged me $25 for utilizing the spa. Everything was pretty pricey at the restaurants available. And was charged for house keeping. I would have liked to know this in advance so i was prepared for my bill.

Check in was not great. Information was not shared regarding meal plan, found out about it from someone else. Only staying one night, three couples, one was upgraded. And got a room right away, we waited hours for our room. Lights went out, screen door didn’t work. Would not return.

The staff here are so friendly and so caring the rooms are always so clean. They are so helpful when you need help and they always greet you with a smile and make you feel like family True wonderful people.
I love the sunrises
After watching the sunrise, I go for a swim in the ocean and then have an amazing breakfast buffet fresh fruit very huge selection of good food

Well everything is the room was broken or very old FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS LOL. Under the beds didn't look like it had ever been cleaned , mirror in bathroom hadn't been cleaned for a while , the fan In the room was disgusting. Water in shower didn't shut off properly. Tv changer only worked up channel. , air conditioner would make this really loud bang every hour. And the dust or whatever came out of the head board thing on the wall is the worst of it all. But the rest of the resort is pretty nice as long as you don't stay in your room ever . Food was average and drinks way way overpriced. . The people who work there were very nice. Carlos should get a raise he was very helpful .

Comfortable, but not a quiet beach vacation
Nice resort, clean, comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, wifi worked pretty well, i slept well. The beach area and the pool were busy, but nice. The staff were friendly, and spoke English quite well. My only complaints were the sales pitches for everything; trying hard to get you to go to the other partner hotel to visit (seemed like a time-share pitch or something), the calls from the concierage to book massages or excursions etc. Also, the dinner parties/events were not for me, and all but one restaurant closed when they were held. Lots of families with small children and groups of older adults. Not ideal for a solo traveler, though thats to be expected, and probably not ideal for someone looking for a quiet beach vacation. But, if you like excursions, parties, group events etc, you will like this resort.

I liked the quality of the food- but beware- don’t book all inclusive at the resort. Book on Expedia if you plan to have it. We got stuck paying $1680 US for 3 days where if we booked on Expedia, it was $300 can pp. The worst however, was the timeshare- DONT GO!!! We got suckered in but were able to cancel before 5 day limit. It ruined 2 days of our vacay.

It was nice clean but the bugs are crazy they only have outside dinning one restaurant inside that seemed like it was always closed. The Mexican restaurant outside was nice but the food was not that great. It didn't have much options not authenic. The buffet was really good a lot of options. The resort was smaller than the pictures show. Only 1 bar at the pool. Probably won't be going to this resort again. Even tho they said it was going to be undated and extended and remodeled so there will be more restaurants and entertainment
