Our stay was very comfortable and quiet even though we were in a neighborhood of a lot of nightlife, our room was very comfortable, beautiful, clean and functional, All very friendly and helpful staff and the best of all the security couple at the hotel. They are adorable! And of course I recommend this hotel because it is just one block from the beach.

Loved the location and the feel of the hotel. Very colorful and relaxing feel. The only part that I was not a fan of was the restroom having a nonoperational window. All of the heat and humidity would enter the restroom.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying there and definitely gonna come back. They were very welcoming, and I felt very secure there with the lock gate. Only the people that are staying there can get in and I love the little white dog always greeted us. I love the convenience of everything the beaches right there. The stores are right there. The restaurants are right there. We will be back!!

Maids did a great job. The beds could more comfortable and worthy of upgrade investment. And, the gate lock is finicky, also needs an upgrade...especially since prices have gone up. LOVE this hotel otherwise.

The staff are kind and pleasant , the bed was comfortable, the hot water was plentiful . The property itself and the rooms are a bit dated , broken lights peeling paint, hideous bathroom and the internet /tv situation was so bad I almost went to another hotel . The hotel itself is in a great location and proximity to nice restaurants and the beach is a block away .

Adorable villa style boutique hotel. A definite change from AI. Great location. Great staff. The dogs on site (Pinto and Pardo) are absolutely sweet. Friendly no frills type of place that puts you smack in the middle of everything and just a few steps to the beach. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and affordable. Definitely on my recommendation list.

The hotel location, price, security, room quality and service were all excellent. Only improvement was the 2 large dogs in hotel courtyard barking several times in morning and at night was too much noise sometimes.

This is a cute little hotel in a great location and we loved the two dogs that seem to live at the property. However, if you do not enjoy dogs or occasional barking you may need to rethink staying here. The rooms were clean and the staff were quiet nice but the rest of the property needs some clean up and the pool is extremely cold and doesnt get much sun. The breakfast was very minimal as well. In all in was a nice stay but we felt overprices for what you were getting.
