Older property but well cared for. Our stay was just an overnight but was quiet. Check in was excellent and she was so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Excellent location
Truly enjoyed my stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer but the room wasn’t available. Very pleased with the layout of the room, the space in the dresser was wonderful. Love that they are dog friendly. Great location. When in Pullman I will only stay at Cougar Land Motel.

As a first time guest at Cougar Land Motel, I was pleased at the friendliness of the stagf during my check-in and check-out process. The room proved to be perfect for my needs during this short stay, I will most likely stay here again in the future.

Great location. Staff were nice. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. coffee, fridge, nice TV, internet. Although the WiFi strength was weak the whole time and I was on several Teams videos calls where once per meeting things froze for a minute on my end. The bathroom was very old. The metal plate on the door handle was missing so the door didn’t lock. The sink had no cold water and when I let them know they came right away but then left without fixing. I didn’t ask again. They don’t make up the room (probably do if you ask) but since they give you such small shampoos and soaps I think they should at least leave those. I was there 4 nights. I shouldn’t have to ask. I chose this motel for location (near WSU and downtown) and price. In the end it was perfect for those 2 things. I’d probably stay there again if it continues to be inexpensive. The staff being nice is why I’d stay again despite some of the bad aspects.

We stayed for 5 nights because our dog was getting radiation at WSU. The staff at the motel are very friendly. The communication by the motel was great leading up to the trip, giving you lots of information about checking in. They also sent personal messages wishing our dog luck on her treatments. The wifi worked great. I was worried about the wifi because I was going to have to work while I was there but I had no problems working and doing Teams calls (and we were the farthest room from the lobby). The motel is very accepting of pets, you just have to give them notice beforehand so they can put you in a pet room. They also waived the pet fee because we were getting treatment at WSU. The rooms are dated and basic, but for our purpose it was fine. There were a bunch of construction workers there during our stay so there was a bit of noise as they would come and go at early hours due to their shift work, but it wasn’t excessive. You do hear some noise as people are on the metal stairs, which got our dog barking. But this is just regular communal living noise. The motel is close to everything. We were 5 mins away from WSU and close to shopping and eating.
