One-storey residence, ideal for winter and summer holidays, for people looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, located in a very green urbanisation, like an oasis in the arid landscape of Almería.
Security fence and access control. The urbanisation is equipped with a 2-metre high security fence with access control gates for vehicles and pedestrians. The parking is inside the security fence. Only authorised persons can enter and leave the urbanisation.

Located 500 metres from the Paseo Marítimo and the beaches, there is a direct pedestrian path to the beach, 5 minutes walk away. The town centre and beaches are also accessed by an illuminated boulevard with a bicycle lane.
Hot-cold air conditioning in the living room that also reaches the bedrooms, garden terrace with barbecue and 40 m2 porch. Wifi included in the price. Astra satellite TV with channels in different languages, especially German and French.

The second bedroom includes a 135x190 cm double bed.
The living room includes a table for 4 people, a coffee table and a very comfortable and cozy sofa, with an ergonomic backrest to protect the lumbar area and an adjustable cervical area, adaptable to your profile.
Independent kitchen, renovated in 2020, with oven, microwave, ceramic hob and large refrigerator. It also includes a toaster, citrus juicer, coffee maker and water heater.

San Juan de los Terreros.
San Juan de los Terreros is a town of about 2000 inhabitants in the province of Almería, the easternmost province of Andalusia.
In recent years, its magnificent beaches with warm, crystal-clear waters are experiencing a tourist and real estate boom. Unlike other places on the coast saturated with apartment blocks and shopping centers next to the beaches, in S.J. de los Terreros low-rise homes are built, with green areas and parking near the beaches.
The town is located in a charming bay with calm waters, with 10 km of coastline and numerous small beaches (coves) in which to swim or dive.
In recent years it has become a popular holiday destination for European and Spanish families. Wonderful and so relaxing
We loved being at the property, it was exactly as described in the listing. Antonio was the best host and even dropped off a lovely heater for us as our time had a little cold spell. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area was safe and so easy to walk to town. We even appreciated the opportunity to have a coffee with Antonio in town twice. We cannot wait to come back next year.

Good accomadation pleasant owner, Terreros not to our taste. April.
Could not fault the accomodation. the apartment and outside spaces are beautiful and well- maintained.However, we were probably a bit early and most of the few bars and restaurants that were there were closed. The walk to the beach was through scrubland certainly did not take the time mentioned in the details. Not really worth the effort when we got there , again everything closed. A long 2 weeks holiday. We will not be back.Unless you are young and fit a car is a must at this time of year as those eating houses that are open are well spread out, and a information pack would be a good help. Small basic arrival pack, water milk and the bed made, you may arrive on a late flight are standard issues in virtually all self catering holiday lets not here,but Antonio has said that he will adress this.Nice house a few tweeks needed.

Vacances de rêve à San Juan de los terreros
La première qualité de cet hébergement, c'est son propriétaire ! Antonio est toujours prêt à rendre service, il est facile de communiquer avec lui et il exauce quasiment tous nos souhaits. La maison est bien située à un peu plus de 1 km de la mer, dans un lotissement en général calme mais certains voisins se sont révélés très bruyants quelques nuits. Terrasse mi ombragée, mi ensoleillée, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Tout est de plein pied, salle de bains bien équipée, bon équipement. Antonio a fait le nécessaire pour que nous puissions aller dans une piscine partagée en 3 bassins, très agréable.

Lovely house
Very lovely little house in walking distance to the Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful landscape, and a cosy little town, with nice restaurants - the Indian one, simply great. The house itself is very nice, well equipped, and we loved the private terrace, where we ate all our meals for 3 weeks, until we had too many mosquitos. The main bedroom had good mattresses and a spacious cabinet. I appreciated also the many mirrors in the house, especially the big one in the bathroom. Everything was beautifully furnished and well designed. A pleasant surprise were the book shelves, filled with exiting books in English, German and French, which we used extensively. We had a very pleasant stay.

Petite maison très sympa avec tout le nécessaire, dans une urbanisation proche de la mer ( 1km) , le propriétaire tres aimable et à l'écoute de ses clients, nous avons passé un agréable sejour Il y a quand même pas mal de choses à voir, de belles plages ,des villages typiques à visiter de beaux paysages, et ne pas hésiter à aller voir Fort Bravo à Tabernas un retour au Far West garanti . Un bon point pour le loueur mrs Antonio très très sympathique et aux petit soins pour ses clients. Point négatif le chien du voisin qui aboie continuellement pendant des heures du jour et de la nuit difficilement supportable. Cela a gâché un peu le séjour

Schön für eine Woche außerhalb der Hauptsaison
Nette Anlage mit etwa 100? kleinen Bungalows. Jetzt im März waren etwa 25% belegt. In der Saison möchte ich mir die Geräuschentwicklung gar nicht vorstellen. Der Eigentümer Antonio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gebäude selber hat allerdings jetzt im Frühjahr mit Feuchtigkeit zu kämpfen und an zahlreichen Stellen finden sich Stockflecken. Trotz allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.

La maison correspond aux photos et à la description. Bien équipée, manque juste un peu de torchons et serviettes…mais sinon tout y est. La terrasse en bas n’est pas bien grande mais suffisante pour profiter de repas ou apéro en extérieur…bien située, vous pouvez faire beaucoup de choses à pied, idéal quand on ne veut pas prendre la voiture tous les jours. Pour la saison, beaucoup de choses ouvertes ( restos, chiringuitos…) et le marché du dimanche a lieu. Le propriétaire est adorable, mais on le connaissait déjà pour avoir loué une autre de ses propriétés. Bon séjour !

Nous avons écourté notre séjour de 2 nuits, suite à un problème médical de mon épouse. Aucun remboursement prévu. Cette petite maison est bien, mais très humide. Ces constructions sont faites sur un ancien marais. L'été cela doit aller, mais à cette époque, je ne recommande pas du tout. L'annonce dit que les 2 chambres sont équipées de chauffage, mais un seul chauffage d'appoint existe.

La casa es súper acogedora, no le falta detalle en la dotación de todo lo men Casio para hacer una estancia cómoda y agradable. Cualquier cosa que necesitarás...ahí estaba. Schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Terrasse
Auch unser zweiter Urlaub in diesem Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden: Sonnenschirm und Stühle für den Strand, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (viele Gewürze!) mit sauberem Backofen und Kühl-Gefrierkombination.Ein Highlight ist die schattige Terrasse mit schöner Bepflanzung. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind gut und es gibt verschiedene Restaurants und Tapasbars. Der sympathische Vermieter ist gut per Kontaktformular erreichbar. Zum Strand schafft man es zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten, es gibt dort aber auch viele Parkplätze. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall sinnvoll, als Ausflugsziele bieten sich Almería, Cartagena und Murcia an oder Wanderungen in den nahe gelegenen Bergen. Sehr empfehlenswert: Ein Besuch der nur 4 km entfernten Geode und Minenanlage.
