The house is furnished to a very high standard with two sofas one 3 seater converting to a comfortable double bed and a two seater, large dining table seats 6. Conditioning unit and ceiling fans. English and Spanish Wi Fi TV,CD/DVD player. There is a shower room with shower tray, washbasin and toilet on the ground floor. A marble stair case leads to the 1st floor with a double bedroom and twin bedded room( the beds can be zipped together to make a very comfortable king-size bed.) Both the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with chest of drawers inside. Both rooms are fully air-conditioned also have ceiling fans for anyone who does not like air-conditioning. There is a large bathroom on the first floor with shower over bath toilet and bidet. The staircase from landing extends to the large roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing, with views of the mountains. There is a BBQ, sun loungers, sun umbrella and beach chairs available for use. There is a table and chairs on both the sun terrace and on the front patio. The house is close to landscaped gardens and the pool is just 50m away.

Facilities and attractions in San Juan : The lovely sandy beaches are just a few minutes walk from the house. The palm tree lined promenade stretches the length of the bay with a variety of restaurants and beach cafes. The house is a few min walk to a landscaped area with children's play area included. Table tennis, basketball, football beach gym equipment are to be found in the area. There is ample beach parking. The village also has plenty of restaurants, bars, 2 supermarkets and other shops. Within a five minute drive there are many small sandy beaches ideal for small children and safe for bathing. San Juan has its own golf course - golf Aguillion situated in the foothills of the surrounding mountain range. An 18 hole par 70 course with panoramic views over the whole of San Juan and surrounding areas. San Juan is best reached from Murcia airport which is about an hours drive along the new quiet toll motorway. Almeria airport is about an hour and a quarter away.

Nearby places of interest: San Juan is a beautiful small village with arguably the best beaches in the area and certainly the safest. With Mojacar some 30km south and the Spanish town of Aguilas only 9km to the north it is a great centre for seeing all the sites of the area. There are many coves and small beaches along this stretch of the coast and some great coastal walks linking the bays to the north. The charming hilltop village of Mojacar is well worth a visit with its quaint little shops narrow streets and numerous bars and restaurants. The delightful town of Aguilas with its marina, wide range of tourist facilities and lovely square set in gardens where you can relax and dine alfresco is not to be missed. The ancient town of Lorca is 40km away. There are many interesting and attractive inland towns and villages in the northern Almeria area. All have their own character and wherever you go you will always find some hidden treasure as you uncover some of the beauties of this unspoilt region of Spain.

The house is furnished to a very high standard. With two sofas one 3 seater converts into a very comfortable double bed a 2 seater Local walks: San Juan de los Terreros is know as the Gate to Andualucia due to its position on the borders of Murcia and Almeria. It is a holiday resort that has grown up around a small fishing village and is famous for its cave houses and quiet beaches that are safe for all the family. The symbol of the village is the castle built by Charles 111 in 1764 to defend the coast against the attacks of the Berbers . You can take a short but interesting walk up to the tower, with spectacular views up and down the coast . The sharp jagged peaks of the mountains behind the resort frame the skyline as the sun goes down. Further into the mountains there are old iron and silver mines and a stiff uphill walk is worthwhile in order to see the old workings and ruined villages where the miners lived. This is an ideal location for all the family and with its mild winters, average temperatures of 20 degrees and approx. 320 days of sunshine makes it a perfect break any time of year.

Great Location
Property situated in a great location within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and the property was fully equipped with great extras such as beach towels, beach umbrellas and an ice box. Plenty of on street parking outside the property. A new dishwasher had been installed in the kitchen.

Beautiful weather not a cloud in the sky for 29 days. Easy walk down to beach and bars, good selection of restaurants. Good Sunday Market just a 5 minute walk. Very Spanish which reflected well in the prices.

Merece la pena
Situado algo alejado del tumulto de gente la vivienda merece la pena. Buenos espacios y una terraza espectacular para desayunos veraniegos. La anfitriona muy agradable y resolutiva. Volveremos y es muy recomendable para familias con menores ( mis hijos tienen 6 y 9 años)

Vacaciones en San Juan de los Terreros
El alojamiento se corresponde con la descripción y Celia Anne ha respondido con rapidez a las consultas que le hemos hecho. En lo que respecta al alojamiento, podría calificarlo como muy bien o incluso excelente si no fuera por algún que otro detalle. La puerta del frigorifico no cerraba bien, la manilla del baño de abajo daba problemas y el extractor de ese baño no funcionaba. Lo peor fue que el último día tuvimos la visita de un hjo y su pareja y al abrir el sofá cama para que durmieran estaba demasiado sucio y el colchón inutilizable. Una lástima, porque por lo demás, todo fue bien. Lo mejor, que hubiera aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el salón, con el calor que hizo hubiera sido insoportable sin ello. La piscina bien, un poco pequeña para la urbanización pero nunca estuvo demasiado llena y la gente era educada y responsable por lo general, aunque el abuso de cremas solares hacía que el agua estuviera algo turbia en algún momento. En resumen, para cuatro personas estuvo bien, pero si hay que usar el sofá cama es otra cosa. En cuanto a la zona, hay unas calas fantásticas pero un poco saturadas de gente, al menos hasta el 15 de agosto, después ya estuvo un poco más despejado.

Estancia muy cómoda.
La casa está fenomenal, aunque le haría falta alguna manita de poca cosa, la estancia ha sido muy cómoda. La vivienda está ubicada en una zona muy buena, es una zona tranquila alejada de los ruidos del pueblo, pero a la vez muy cerca de la playa. Andando se tardaría unos 15min y en coche no llega a 3min. Nos ha gustado mucho y repetiremos seguro.

maison a etages tout confort haut de gamme
j ai bien aimé y rester une semaine :maison confortable,propre et très bien aménagée, et petite terrasse sur le toit au soleil, fantastique pour la bronzette! par contre,constructions d immeuble alentour et donc bruits matinaux de gros engins :-( ainsi que la mer qui est tout de meme a 10mn a pied ( j ai du mal lire l annonce,car je pensais que la maison était plus proche de la mer ,et du moins que j en aurai la vue depuis le toit, alors que plutôt vision des toits des maisons mitoyennes et de la montagne. autrement Célia the owner etait très dispo via internet pour répondre a mes demandes :-)

Fantastic property!
We had a great week! The property is exactly as in the photos with the added benefit of the wonderful roof terrace. Celia answered all my emails within hours and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house has everything you could possibly need to feel at home and the ceiling fans and air con are a huge plus. The pool is literally just around the corner and we had it to ourselves most days.The village is typically Spanish and really quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance and the promenade is lovely for an evening stroll. We drove to a different beach everyday - the furthest being all of 10 minutes away and were never disappointed. Some of the cleanest, most beautiful beaches we've every been to in Spain. We would love to return next year and would recommend 100%! Many thanks for everything Celia! Faye, Javi & family

très belle région terreros, je recommande cette endroit un peut loin mais ca vaux le coup
maison très agréable ,nous avons passez de très bonne vacances tout était parfait et a cette période c'était calme .a refaire une autre année .seul petit bémol les serviettes de toilettes n'était pas lavée, sinon c'était très bien belle maison .je la recommande ,la personne qui nous a remis les clefs était très sympathique et très bon accueil
