Create some amazing memories in this unique villa which is suitable for both couples and families. Located in a dominant position, just 200 meters from the sea, reachable on foot or by car with ample parking. Approximately 3,000 m2 of garden with mini hydromassage pool, SPA, hammock, swing, tables and benches. Designed by the arch. Mario Bertelli oriental style and themed furnishings, Villa Domina Levante can accommodate up to 15 adults with 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 3 sofa beds

"Domina Levante" is divided into two units, the main house and the annex. On the manor house there is a romantic characteristic turret with a double bedroom, a private bathroom with shower and a small terrace overlooking the sea. The turret is accessed via an iron spiral staircase from the suggestive circular main entrance. On the ground floor of the manor house there is a large terrace with sea view with dining area, comfortable sitting room and access to the garden, two double bedrooms, one with sea view, 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed, a sea view kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, kettle, toast. The dependance with independent entrance is accessed via a large room with TV, another fireplace, a kitchenette and two sofa beds, there are 2 other bedrooms, one double with a cot and a triple with 1 double bed and a single bed, a bathroom serves the two bedrooms. The annex has another sea view terrace with a marble dining table, benches and access to the garden. All the rooms are furnished in style with the oriental architecture that distinguishes this suggestive period architecture. Some furnishings have come directly from Turkey, Morocco and some Middle Eastern countries to recall the Ottoman and Norman influences of medieval Puglia. The very large garden has been set up as a mini park, with a mini hydromassage pool, benches, swing, hammock, romantic gazebo with table and chairs, stone fountain, gazebo with sun loungers, palm trees, gym, tennis table, picnic area with table and chairs and lawn area. The exterior of the villa is completed by an indoor SPA area with a hydromassage and chromotherapy bathtub that produces steam for the Turkish bath, a shisha area, a characteristic porch with ornamental plants and flowers, a parking space with the possibility of recharging electric cars, a shower external. Inside the villa there is enough space for up to 3 cars, externally there is a private road where it is possible to park more.

Guests can access all areas of the house and garden without any exclusion, the villa is for the exclusive use of guests.
