Rooms need upgrading. Everything was outdated in the room. WiFi goes in and out. You have to ask for wash clothes. Tv was not clear. They did switch our rooms but it was no better. Clear beach water and pools were awesome.

Tiles in the pool were coming loose almost cut my foot on one. Toilet above us was definitely leaking. Staff were not very friendly, maybe because we didnt speak Spanish but was hard to get a coffee served to us each morning at the buffet as an example. Pretty sure the a la carte place refried my wifes burger from earlier that day and served me an undercooked steak.

Here's a structured review for the Bahia Príncipe Grand Bávaro All-Inclusive in Punta Cana based on your feedback: --- **Title: Disappointing Stay at Bahia Príncipe Grand Bávaro All-Inclusive** My recent stay at the Bahia Príncipe Grand Bávaro in Punta Cana was quite disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered: **Hotel Room:** - The room was old and poorly maintained. - Walls were falling apart. - The shower head was busted. - There were no elevators, and we were on the third floor, which was very inconvenient. **Service:** - Cleaning service was bad and inconsistent. - Reservation policy is frustrating—you only get one reservation per every two nights of your stay. **Dining:** - The buffets were not good, with limited and unappetizing options. - The teppanyaki restaurant was the only reservation we could get due to unavailability elsewhere. **Amenities:** - The kid water park was broken. - The tiles on the floor of the pool were chipped, making it very dangerous. - The only nice thing was the kid pool by the beach and the "snack" bar, which had decent burgers and wings but no other options. Overall, my stay at Bahia Príncipe Grand Bávaro did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

My family and I always travel to Mexico 🇲🇽. We love their weather, food and accommodation. We head great reviews about Punta Cana, DR so we gave it a chance. The resort grounds were very clean and well maintained. The room was awful. The bed was Rick hard, very dim, awful maid service e. We would return after a day at the pool and the room was it made up. Tons of cracks on the walls, paint chipping, etc. very very old and dated. The a la crate restaurants were a hit! The buffet restaurant had a real foul smell to it; almost like a combination of bleach and raw eggs. The breakfast selection wasn't great but dinner selection was fantastic. The wait staff were outstanding. When we arrived ti the resort, we were greeted by friendly front desk staff. Overall nice but wouldn't stay there again for the dates room and accommodation. The pools were great and we were very happy with the swim up bars and service there.

The property was nice and clean. Our room was upgraded since we arrived late and we were placed close to the beach. If it rains everything get floaded and you can leave without getting soak. The staff at buffet restaurants sometimes are not around or one tell you to search for another to help you with basics as a cola or coffee. Night shows weren't that spectacular. Alcohol quality is pretty bad. The bounganvilla Buffet Rest smelled everyday like sewage.I
