Someone pooped on the floor by the stairs and it took three days for someone to clean it. There was no water to take a shower. The staff had us running around not knowing what direction to send us in (entertainment, food and etc). Would return if it were complimentary.There was no transfer from airport to hotel or back after we were told they do offer it. If you like being bother every 5 mins while on the beach to buy something this is your place like most places in DR. Could do without the privilege club upgrade pitches everywhere. Have a different set of uniforms for who works in the hotel and who is part of the privilege club staff. A lot times this was misleading

Staff was very professional in Las Dalias restaurant. Room was fairly clean, but can be improved. The food was good overall, but some choices were not of good quality. Every event/show was organized very well. The surrounds were well kept and you saw maintenance work going on every day, which is a big plus. Overall, we had a very good stay and we enjoyed it. Thank you to everyone and keep up the good work!

Facilities are incredible! Staff is a little rude sometimes, especially the ones in the bar/restaurant sections. They seemed under-staffed, which increases the stress levels - but this should be seamless for the visitors.

I had to give in my personal experience a 4 star rating, based on some poor service from some of the staff, but we had to enjoy as much as we could with what was available for some family fun.

Upon arriving, we were told about a special to upgrade our hotel room to the Esmeralda, which gave us a higher food selection and placed us closer to the ocean. With the price being so low, we took the offer. We have stayed at other Bahia properties in Mexico and the transportation around the property is a very nice touch, but the buffett was not the best. Everyday it was the same items, with food not rotating as they do at other Bahia resorts. Breakfast had 6 station with eggs and very little alternatives to select. We chose to dine at different restraunts for dinner to give the kids other option and the feont desk was very helpful in setting up the times for us.

Voy a ser bien honesta con mis recomendaciones. Eh ido a varios de los Bahía Príncipe y este a sido el peor de los otros no tengo quejas algunas pero en el Turquesa no saben atender a los huéspedes. En una mañana voy al lobby a buscar agua ya que la persona encargada de limpiar la habitación no dejo botellas de agua, y está la señorita Odalys poniendo la mesa donde siempre colocan agua, café y tés y le doy los buenos días y le pregunto dónde puedo conseguir agua para tomarme una pastilla a lo que me contesta repugnantemente “TIENES QUE ESPERAR” y yo con toda la paciencia del mundo le digo claro y me siento en una mesita a esperar a lo que se tardó como unos 8 minutos en buscar el agua y colocarla y cuando la coloca no fue capaz de decirme ni tan siquiera que ya estaba lista para tomar mi vaso con agua siguió haciendo cosas y como si no existiera. Por otro lado en el bufett Las Dalias los primeros días 26,27 y 28 de octubre de 2024 el personal no nos atendía para poder pedir un vaso de Sprite o de jugo se tardaban demasiado uno terminaba de comer y todavía no llegaba el vaso igual con el desayuno. Ya cuando hubo cambio de personal nos comenzaron a tratar muchísimo mejor. La mayoría del personal que tienen para atender en el bahía príncipe turquesa no está adiestrado para servicio al cliente nos tratan muy mal. En otra ocasión dejamos propina para la persona que limpia el cuarto y cuando viramos había tomado el dinero nos dejó agua y no recogió las camas ni nos dejó toallas.

The staff is great and entertainment staff is fantastic but changing rooms 4 times in the first two days is absolutely ridiculous. The key cards entry needs to be updated desperately and the beds need to be upgraded for sure.
