Customer service was top notch. The property manager Elsa did an amazing job attending to our needs and making sure we were comfortable. The cleaners came in every day to clean our apartment. Service was really good. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

No exactly what we were expecting
We has a bad surprise when we arrived as the property is not near the beach. So different than the photo they show…. Swimming pool and sand beach which is in fact at about 4 min by car with extra payment of USD35 per adult per day to get acces to the beach ! Also for other part we choose to add and pay in advance breakfast for 4 we never got as we have had to leave early in the next morning (7:30am) and the restaurant was closed !

Cana Brava is a hidden gem that will steal your heart!! Had the most amazing time during our week long stay at Cana Brava!!! The property is so serene and quiet with a great pool. The rooms were so beautiful decorated and the whole place felt so safe. It’s a super nice and cozy place to stay for families with young children. The is an Italian restaurant and a brick oven pizzeria on the property and the pizza there was best pizza ever!!! Elsa who is manager there was absolutely amazing and she made sure that our stay there perfect!! Thank you Elsa!

The property is very nice with spacious apartments by a nice pool and a restaurant right by the pool. There is a lot of growth and construction in Punta Cana overall but that takes place during the day when you're likely to be at the beach. The evenings are very nice and quiet. The staff at the property were accommodating and friendly. Elsa has been very nice and communicative. I will say that the beach is not right on the property, however the nearby Hard Rock resort has a beach you may access for a fee. If you are not staying at one of the large resorts in Punta Cana I would strongly advise renting a car. You can reach many beautiful beaches by car within 15-20 min.

The first pic show the beach across the property and it is not true. I did not get checkin instructions until the day of the checkin. Any beach I wanted to use had a 35 per person cost which I did know until that day, otherwise I would have canceled the stay in this place. There was no good food nearby. The place is nice but I will not stay here if you have teenagers and need some enjoyment.

What sets Cana Brava apart from the plethora of all-inclusive resorts dotting the area isn’t just its prime location; it’s the exceptional quality of everything on offer. For starters, the on-site Italian restaurant is a culinary delight, seamlessly blending traditional Dominican flavors with Italian finesse and offering a sprinkle of American options. The residence itself is a testament to luxury and comfort. The fit and finish of our room were impeccable, featuring high-end appliances, modern and inviting furniture, and a sound system that could easily turn an evening into a party. However, no review of Cana Brava Residences would be complete without mentioning Elsa, the heart and soul behind our extraordinary experience. Her ability to accommodate me and my guest at a moment’s notice, even with unexpected flight delays, was nothing short of remarkable. Cost is always a consideration when planning a vacation, and I was genuinely surprised at the value offered by Cana Brava Residences. Compared to friends who stayed at the more traditional options like the Rock Hotel and the Bavaro Princess Hotel, our experience was superior in every way – from the ambiance to the personal touches that made our stay unique. Overall, the photos are deceptive at the time of booking. The property is not located on a beach as the pictures deceive you to believe. The entire property and surrounding buildings are all under construction so the view is terrible. There is a small pool located on the property. However, you may have access to the actual beach for a fee at the Hardrock Hotel which shares the same grounds. There were two power outages late at night during our stay that lasted two hours each, which was very terrifying. Check-in process was a bit rocky as the address does not yet show up on GPS so it was very hard to find. Staff difficult to get a hold of for check-in if you arrive after hours. However, staff was nice. Pizzart Restaurant staff on the property were awesome! Must try the pizza!

This is a lovely place to stay. The apartments are new, well appointed and classy with a beautiful infinity pool outside your door. Located beside the golf course, it is quiet and distanced from the party racket of the Hard Rock zone. Parts of the complex are under construction, however, it does not detract from the comfort of the place. The best part of our stay was the delightful staff who manage all aspects of the stay. Nothing is overlooked, and they are welcoming and friendly. Elsa and Moreli make everything easy with their responsive care; better than a hotel concierge! The restaurant on site has good food choices (amazing ice-cream) and wonderful staff keen to test out their English! Pool side, it is relaxed and easy after a day exploring.Shout out to Marcus A for his smile and fabulous service. Would recommend this place for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
